The staff and doctor were awesome! Answered all my questions and were very helpful. I had issues with my contacts and the doctor had no issues finding me a pair that felt amazing in my eye. Glasses are a little pricey, but they have a wide selection and a section committed for mark downs. The staff was very helped up and understanding with my two children one of whom is special needs. I recommend everyone go here.

This was my second time going to Pearl Vision. The first time was very nice and the staff that helped me were great. This first visit was 2 to 3 years ago. I went this month for new glasses. It was a totally different experience. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I felt like I was bothering them. I had to go back 3 times for an adjustment and I swear no one wanted to do it.. They barely touch your glasses. I did not see the optometrist since I brought a prescription in with me.I will not go back. They charged $900 and didnt want to make an adjustment so my glasses fit right.

I loved how fast and efficient the whole process was. The doctor and staff was very professional. The technology was top notch and made the prescription for my glasses excellence.

My husband and I both went here after having been to several local eye doctors and we seem to never be able to find a good place. We went here because at the time it was one of only a few that accepted our insurance. While the staff was nice and all, when our glasses came it it took us both over 4 months to be able to actually use them due to the prescriptions being to strong. I did have an incident where by dog got ahold of them over the summer while we were out swimming and they replaced them for a small fee.

I was informed by a store representative that spoke to the manager that this particular store is not corporate owned. they do not believe that they have to follow the corporate policies based on them being a franchisee store. Thats exactly what the store associate stated to me while the manager was near the phone. the reason I am stating this I have contacted poor vision corporate they stated to me that my eyeglasses and frames could be returned by the store back to the main pearle vision Labs so I can be reimbursed through my insurance company to go elsewhere to purchase my frames. I attempted to contact the store to state that I want my eyeglasses and lenses shipped back to Pearle vision corporate location labs. the store associate spoke to the manager and the store associate then stated to me that because they are a franchise store they do not have to follow corporate policy, even though the store corporate office told me different. Be very cautious of any promises that they make in the store because in my opinion and based on my experience they will not inform you of the correct policies and stipulations thats involved with the lenses and frames. this store has no signs stating that the lenses and frames that are ordered in the store can not be returned to the lab to be reimbursed nor did I receive get a verbal agreement to this store nor did I sign anything in writing stating that I could not return my eyeglasses or lenses to the store even though I have not nor will I pickup. I totally understand that if they want to implement this policy but they should need to stay there in writing or via a Volvo agreement or a sign on the wall if I would have known beforehand that I could not order and exchange or send back the lenses and frames for reimbursement I would have not ordered through this company if they did say I could exchange them but there was no way that they can just send them back for a refund but only a exchange they should have to state that information up front before ordering I am now in a situation that I need to wait 30 days of the outcome of contacting my insurance company for my complaint. I am also thinking to contact the optometrist board and the state attorneys office to see if theres anything they could help suggest of getting this issue resolved. I highly recommend that nobody goes to this pearl vision store because they make things and rules before they state to you the rules that all required and not inform you of these rules but still I force rules and policies I or other customers dont know about. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!! 😡😡😠😡😠😡☹️😤😤😤

This was my first time at Pearle Vision and I’m definitely gonna go back! My daughter and I had an appointment at the same time and we were seen very quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful! We felt comfortable there being it was our first visit. I would give this 5 stars but there were only a handful of seats in the waiting room. We ended up standing for the most part. So my only suggestion is to have more seating for patients. I’d definitely refer friends and family!!

This is the best eye care Ive ever received. Anna and her crew are amazing. The prices are great, service even better, and selection much better than other eye centers Ive been to. Eyeglass adjustment is hands-down the best Ive ever seen. Try them. You wont be sorry.

Only gave it a one because there is no zero. After waiting 15 minutes for my appointment I made the remark they must be running behind..the response from a staffer was maybe. I was taken in a few minutes later for pictures of my eyes and pressure testing. Then sent back to waiting area. As I browsed the frames, I noticed how overpriced they are with minimal affordable frames. My perception from them was if you dont walk in with manicured nails and look like you are going to spend a lot of money, they really could care less. After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time I just left! I guess my attire of jeans and carhartt coat fooled you into thinking I just couldnt afford you. I just choose to not waste good money on overpriced glasses. So sad that this is what your idea of eye health care is!!

I have been wearing glasses for over 50 years and been to many opticians. Dr. Kinross gave me the most thorough exam I’ve ever had. She is very knowledgeable and friendly; a real professional! All the staff was courteous and helpful.

I love Pearle Vision I honestly cant imagine taking my kids anywhere else. Anna always goes above and beyond to make sure my girls get the glasses they need. I had a delightful experience here. The people were really pleasant. Its not my regular eye doctor, but I believe they can get me glasses a little cheaper than my regular doctor so I thought I would give it a try. The exam was quick and thorough, very similar to every other eye exam Ive ever had. They have a boatload of eye glass frames which seem reasonably priced.

Fraudulent charges. Billed my vision insurance as well as my medical insurance. Plus staff is very incompetent.

Just got my glasses and they are great! When you go to your appointment they are very friendly and amazingly fast. I was only in there about 40 minutes! So if you think you may need to go to an eye doctor, think of them when you do!

In trying to find your phone number I had to call Horizon Telephone. When I got my statement they charged me $3. Yesterday I got a bill for long distance company for about $9 to your store. I would like to be reimbursed. Can you please have a listing in the phone book and have it be a local number. My generation (85 years old) does not have the accessibility to the more advance technology.

Eye exam was one of the best I have had. this is why they get 4 stars. Glasses are way over priced and they have a very very small selection of high priced frames. They do have some inexpensive frames but none that would standout.

It was my first time going to the eye doctor in years. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. There wasnt a huge selection on brands, and I didnt see a frame for less then 200. Would definitely go back!

They were about 45 minutes late for my appointment, no apology given. Charged me $117 for a exam ( that was after insurance) no clue on when my “free” trial pair of contacts will arrive.

Bought 3 pairs of glasses, all 3 are scratched and it has been less than a year! I had a pair from walmart for over 10 years and no scratches, and these were scratched in under 6 months. Not good quality.

I dont know about the service they provide because after making appts I was not informed to arrive early to fill out new patient forms. I accidently wrote the wrong time down on the first appointment and I understood them not keeping that one, because we were 20 minutes late, but the second appointment we were running 4 minutes late so they were not willing to keep that one neither. They were not friendly at all about it. My husband and I both took vacation days just to attend the three appts scheduled as well as keeping both our daughters out of school for it. So we are scheduled elsewhere. I realized we were a few minutes late for the one I really needed for my oldest daughter, but the women at the desk were not friendly and definitely not helpful. And, for that reason alone we are taking business elsewhere.

MOTORCYCLIST dont get no line bifocals you loose peripheral vision and cant see your guages and rearview mirrors are a blurr not a good idea, I ride a sports bike with bar end mirrors, u might b ok on a cruzer with a line in bifocal and mirrors that are up high enough the bifocal is no in the way, line in dosent mess with your peripheral visionAs far as the staff and Dr. Was wonderful they are sending my glasses back and redoingThem with no bifocal AWESOME!!!!
