The guys at modern builders especially Joe and Scott are always excellent and great to work with. Honestly, it isnt modern builders per say that keeps me going back as much as it is the employees at our local store in Chillicothe.

They had the color I needed at less than the big chain stores wanted for their only 3 selections,I will bring my business back to them. I called, showed up and they fixed me right up right down to the screws and touch up paint to match. Thats good business.
