I took my sons 2004 Mustang there years ago for a sweet flow masterduel exaust system. All welded together except at the exaust manifolds. Very tight and leak free. I live in northern Ohio now. I recently bought a 2018 Toyota Tundra TRD off road w/the 5.7 liter V-8. I plan on contacting them for the same duel exaust with either 2 flow master super flow 40s, or super flow 10s installed to welded pipes, and stainless tips..

Got an estimate on a blown head gasket was 3 times higher than any of the other places I called.I left went next door to Tims Tires and was quoted $4000 less! I will never go back to muffler brothes.!!

I’m not from Ohio, however, I was passing through the state and found myself in dire need of a mechanic. This family helped my family with our needs and went above and beyond. I can’t say enough positive things about this business. Many thanks... always thankful.

Recently moved to Chillicothe and really dont know the area. Gave Muffler Brothers a shot for a new exhaust and exhaust tips. Very pleased with the work, quoted price, and staff. Justin was very helpful and did an excellent job. Ill see them in the future for my vehicles needs. Good job everyone!

Thanks to Muffler Brothers for fixing me up and getting me back on the road! Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and helpful!!! A section of my tailpipe had fallen off and they were able to weld it back in place for me without the expense of new parts. Other places would have insisted on all new parts to be able to charge me more money. I appreciate the integrity of Muffler Brothers for not doing that to me. I discovered while I was there that they do much more than mufflers. They are a full-service auto repair shop. I will definitely give them my return business.

Been having such a hard time finding a good mechanic that will work on my BMW in Chillicothe. I ended up finding mufflers brothers online for muffler work and they end up fixing everything that was wrong with the car and had it fixed the next day.

Very pricey. Went you bring your own new tires. They charge 1 hour at $75:00 per hourly. Not very cheap. I Thank they over charge.

We always have Muffler Bros. to do our auto repairs. We are treated very well and they work with us and let us know up front what needs done and what it will cost. Very nice friendly employees.

Ray and Tracy have worked on our cars for 13 years and I will NOT take my car or vans anywhere else! I love them. They are honest and dependable.

DO NOT RECOMMEND:If I could give them zero stars, I would. When dropping my car off I had said I needed a new heating core and my power steering fluid flushed out and synthetic put in. I had already had a diagnosis from multiple people. They get my car in there and fix a lever for my heat and replace my belt. Heat still didn’t work and my power steering still makes noises and feels awful. My power steering was the same as I had brought it in as. $500 later and I have no idea what they “fixed.” My car is currently sitting with another mechanic completely broken down. I didn’t mention anything until I got a recommendation of what they thought needed fixed and guess what??? It was exactly what I told Muffler Brothers what I needed. Hmmm.... so they are fixing all of the above and my alternator for way cheaper than what these guys charged me for fixing nothing at all.

I’ve been using Muffler Brothers for years. They do the job right and work pretty quickly. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better mechanic in Chillicothe.

Do Not Trust Their Work!!! I am pretty certain that they caused other problems with my vehicle, just cant prove it. They are dishonest!!! Added on other things to the price and wasnt going to tell me until I kept questioning. Finally said that the price included something totally different, that I didnt ask for!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! I wont EVER be going back!!!

Always honest. The first time I went in there I had been told by a co-worker that my entire exhaust was bad and needed to be replaced. Enter Muffler Brothers Chillicothe. They took my car back for 5 minutes and drove it back out. Said it was a loose screw on the heat shield. They earned my trust that day and will always have it. Sure, things arent always perfect. Thats the nature of the beast. now I drive 45 minutes to go there.

This is the only place I go to have all my cars worked on. They never take advantage of me.

Put a rebuilt transmission in one of my vehicle very good work reasonable prices

Broke down in Chillicothe today and had to have my alternator replaced, once i got it to the shop they had it fixed and i was out the door in under 20 minutes. Ended up being $225 which isnt bad since my cars alternator alone is $170, straightforward, true to their original estimate with no hidden fees.

The work they do is good but they will surprise you with extra charges

This place is the the worse shop in town. I wouldnt let them fix my sons tricycle. They dont know how to diagnose a problem with out changing.parts that dont need to be changed to find the problem. There parts changers not mech.
