My furnace broke down and I spent 480 dollars on other furnace companies that rip me off and then theses people came over and fixed my furnace the right way and its been running and keeping my house warm and comfortable I give kaeble oil company a ten is best in my book thank you

I just witnessed two employees of this company verbally attacking my neighbor because he asked them to move their van that was blocking HIS driveway. It was completely blocking his driveway so he could not enter or exit his own property. Both employees began screaming profanities at my neighbor when he asked them to move thier van to where it was not blocking his driveway, not to mention there were children outside playing that witnessed those two employees screaming swears at my neighbor. These two men should be ashamed of themselves for this behavior. I would hope their behavior is not a reflection of this entire company, because they were completely out of line, verbally abusive and unprofessional to a homeowner that only requested that his driveway not be blocked by thier van.

If nobody answers their emergency line, they are listening and they will get back to you as soon as they can. They responded promptly and I am more than happy with their service! I will be recommending Kaeble Oil to my friends and family. Thank you for helping us out when we were in need.
