It is a shame that I always have to go to CVS and they never have my answer and they are irresponsible for praying I will find another pharmacy for my preference.

Entirely inexcusable and terrible terrible place riddled with inexcusable management.... Pharm has ppl sitting on hold for 15-20 minutes plus, its disgraceful there are ppl out there who need jobs who could remedy this and its worth finding out the managers name & DM and telling both of them how either clueless & irresponsible they are, or how evil, greedy & psychotic their corporation is for allowing this to happen in pharmacies all over the country..... Covid19 is not an excuse they behaved in this manner before Covid

Wish I could give no stars. The cashier was rude and I felt as a person of color I wasnt given equal respect as customer or a person of equality. I will never support this CVS store again. Diversity and rights for All.

The wait to get prescription medication has never been more than 5-10 minutes. Employees I have encountered have ways been really friendly and helpful. The normal checkout lines normally go very quickly. Nice selection of drinks and snacks.

Save yourself time and hassle by going somewhere else.EDIT* After coming back and getting to know the staff they are quite helpful. They helped me apply coupons other places wont accept. They also know me by name and help as best they can. Im changing from one star to four because of that. Only reason its not five stars is because they need to work on their first impressions.

This is pertaining to the Pharmacy: what a terrible experience, and none of them apologized, either.I have had the same issue THREE times with these people and I hear that its a ridiculously common issue with CVS. I always get my prescription sent to the same place (235 Center St.) and receive the automated texts about my refills. The past three times I went in there to pick up a prescription, they would look up my name and tell me I didnt have any refills. A call to my doctor would confirm it, the update texts would confirm it, yet these professionals would straight up shrug their shoulders at me and print out a ton of papers to show me what they dont have for me. This time around, I went FOUR DAYS without my medication all because the script was under only one of my last names (I have 2 last names). There was even a woman working that I saw there 2 days earlier who told me she was going to call me and never did, then pretended like she didnt see me when I came in today. Real professional. Youd think that these people who went to school for 6 years - or however long it is to become a pharmacist - would practice some critical thinking and say, Hey why dont we try looking up one of her last names, instead, to see if something comes up? but who knows maybe thats asking too much. They kept hiding behind the fact that their computer doesnt do this, doesnt do that, they had to merge my accounts which was ALSO something they told me the last time I was there, too. They clearly didnt do that, either. I literally never do this, sorry for the rant, but I was baffled by the situation in its entirety. Now Im suffering with the side effects of not having my medication for 4 days thanks to these professionals. Definitely my last time going there. I immediately called my doctor and had them send my refills to Rite Aid.

Completely unreliable. Ill call in or schedule my refill online for a few hours before I need it just in case theyre busy and they STILL wont have it done. No one answers the phone. My Rx said it would be ready at 1:00 PM online, I went there at 8:00 PM and it STILL wasnt done. I had to physically go down there because no one picks up the phone, ask them to fill it, and then wait 20 minutes because there were only 2 people working.

Pharmacy staff are the worst ever changing my prescriptions to Wal-Mart. Always a long wait and can never get all my prescriptions together have to make repeated trips one pharmacy woman manager is so rude and always gives me a hard time always frustrated when dealing with her. Wal-Marts cheaper good bye and good riddance!

Wish I could give No Stars! The cashier who said she is the store manager was rude, unkind, and very disrespectful. No matter how polite I tried to be with her she was just disgusting and rude. Never Again will this place get any of my business!

Friendly great staff very helpful! Was going to give 4 stars only because i have a back injury and they couldnt process my workers comp drop off RX in the drive thru, but changed my mind after the woman who took my script drop off came around the countet to pick up my cane when i dropped it! :D

This is possibly the worst CVS pharmacy on earth. Medication never ready even if I called it in 24-48 hours prior. They never answer their phone. Poor customer service and they give you an attitude if you speak up. You would think they are filling medication for the entire United States! Maybe if they do a little less gossiping our meds would be ready. Just the other day I decided to call prior to picking up my med because of my constant experience with it not being ready. They never answered their phone...15 minutes of their machine telling me someone will be with you momentarily. I walked in with my phone still on hold. I get in line and you can clearly hear their system telling all 5 people back there that they have a call. I finally get up to the register and ask the lady if they answer calls because I have been on hold for 15 min. Her response? We dont take calls when we are busy! So I tell her Im there to pick up my prescription...guess what? NOT READY. I am done with this CVS...a horrible experience every time!

I love CVS but this Pharmacy on center in chicopee sucks ! They are rude and and half the time the staff dont know what there doing. I have had enough from this place. The staff deffinetly needs to be retrained in manners and in knowledge. I travel just to go to another better cvs . To many horrible experiences at this location.

Judgmental and rude pharmacy staff. They have lost electronic prescriptions of mine and did nothing to help. I had to do all of their work and my doctor said they never even tried call in them when they said they did!
