I have no idea how people are reviewing this place prior to about two months ago as this place is brand new. It opened within the last month. There was another MetroPCS down the street that was closed down. Ive literally watched the process of opening the place.Its clean, small but nice people and good prices. I was going to get the heavy duty screen protector in West Springfield and it was $45!!! Here, $20. They didnt have it so the guy is going to the other store to get it for me. So overall, good customer experience and Ill keep going to this one.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE LOCATION. They are super helpful a and very straight forward with the deals and they always hook it up especially their regulars. Best metro in Chicopee thus far.

Delightful experience as its been a long time since I came into a Store personally to purchase service, and very helpful that My Aide talked me into going to this particular place after seeing me go thru months of inadequate service and inability to get All my messages for appointments which I needed for my daily care!

Great Services low prices and great quality merchandise

When trying to find this, there is no sign that it is a Metro PCS store. Once we went in, the employee was vaping and unable to help with my Metro PCS phone. We had to drive to West Springfield to get our problem fixed. After this experience we are switching out cell service provider.
