Don’t purchase used cars from this dealership. They refused to fix my car unless I paid over $800 for a coolant reservoir replacement and I only had the car for 20 days. They sold me a useless warranty on top of taking $6k down payment for the car.

Absolute terrible! Drove over 2 hours to come test drive a car that they said was available to be told when I got there it was sold 20 min ago. Then tried to sell me 5 different cars. Never come here!!!

Great place friendly and clean. Service center great bunch of guys. Look for Mr. Serrano he is honest and helps you with all your cars needs. Everyone in the service area are great I just dealt with him. All sell agent Steve is a very helpful guy.

Horrible business practices substandard used vehicles in horrible condition.

I spoke with Service department person and described to him I need to make a copy of a key to my RAM truck. He specifically said they close at 2pm on Saturday and he said to be there at least 40 minutes earlier to make the $70 key.So I just got here at 1.10pm and they tell me that service technicians are all gone and Id have to come back.I also told that guy the day before it takes me 3 hours to make the round trip from Vermont.Take it for what it is worth.Im fuming and Id never come back to this place.The guy told me now to come back and make a complaint with a service manager! Yeah, right!Just stay away from this place!

Never go there! Bought a jeep passenger door needed to be fixed. Figured about a week. Called 7-10 days more needed to order part. Steve wilkes was supposed to call back never did. Go anywhere else but there!!!

Dont resolve my problem i need buy something vecause they dont give me the garanty.

They called because I had some recalls on my truck so I brought it in to have it fixed and I asked them to do inspection sticker they called me and said my manifold was shot and my third brake light assembly was no good had to be replaced I said don’t do anything I want to take it to my mechanic the manifold is fine the third brake light needed a bulb not the whole assembly cannot trust people like that
