Wonderful service! I came in for a safety inspection, and when they noticed my turn signal was out, they didnt fail me, but just replaced the bulb. So decent!

Friendly, knowledgeable guys working there when I came in for a MA state inspection. Didnt wait much at all, had excellent service, and even left with a few ears of corn from the man who inspected my vehicle. Would recommend.

Mike inspected my car last week. The car failed because a headlight was out and because the mechanic I took it to earlier that day to fix the light didn’t properly put back together a different part that had to be moved to access the light, causing the check engine light to come on. That first day, Mike fixed the other mechanic’s lazy mistake (for free) and recommended that I drive the car for a few days to make sure that the computer reset before coming back for my retest. I came back a few days later, he squeezed me in without an appointment to repair the car’s headlight that day (7/30/18) so that he was sure I’d get my sticker before the end of the month deluge that he was sure to have on the 31st. I work from home, so I brought my computer to work at Mike’s shop and he set me up at a desk, offered me water from his fridge, and chatted with me over several hours as he worked on my car (you have to take the wheels off to fix the lights on this thing...) and did inspections for other customers. He was kind, generous, and honest. His repair price was super reasonable. And, he gave me a dozen farm fresh eggs to take home. I mean, y’all, talk about service! Super happy with my experience :-) Thanks, Mike!

Owner was nice. My inspection is in January and there’s no heat so it was very cold while I waited. Side note, I have Verizon and didn’t have any cell service there so I would suggest bringing a book ...and a blanket!

These guys were highly unprofessional. Would not recommend them to any women, or anybody in general! A man having his car inspected right before me had a brake light out, he passed & I had the same issue & he failed me. I didn’t catch their names, but they couldn’t stop cracking sexist jokes. Disgusting. Never again!!

Owner is rude, excessively tough...if your Windows are tinted, youre rejected ! Period! Dont bring a modded Ford Mustang... Got a Red R Sticker just for having American Muscle Recommended Exhaust pipes! This Guy is an Old folk with Zero Love for Car Enthusiasts ! Never again!

Damn rude service. The car was inspected in may passes thereI got the car from my sister I registered and insured it yesterday then took it there. And the grouchy old guy gave a reject sticker. One light was little lower then the other. Easy fixing. Small crack on windshield still is passable. The car is a 2001. Minor. Fixes He Could have said. Hey you got 7 days to inspect. Fix it bring it back could have left the. Sticker on. But no. Never going there again. And hope no one else goes there either.

If I couldve I wouldve given this place 0 stars. This guy rejected me for small reasons and on my BIRTHDAY. I THEN tried to go back there so I wouldnt have to pay for someone else to do it, but came to find out that he closed shop for the rest of the day. Even the delivery guy was confused as to why he closed early. So then I went somewhere else and GLADLY paid for another inspection and passed. I will NEVER go there again. The owner is SUPREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!

The owner of this business was extremely rude and unprofessional with me. He failed me justifiably but when I returned for reinspection he refused to reinspect me without the original paperwork instead of scanning the sticker and very rudely turned me away and spoke to me in a patronizing tone. I then returned with the paperwork 20 minutes later, 45 min before his closing time of 4:30, and he refused to see me because he was closing down early since no one else showed up. He was unapologetic and extremely rude, and started yelling when I tried to convince him to inspect my car. A few months prior my boyfriend also had an experience where he passed him for a damaged license plate after failing a lady right before him for the exact same thing.

Guy is a crook, would tell you your car would pass inspection than reject u. He has a mechanic shop next door

Just obtained my annual MA inspection which went well. Very good service

Terrible. Wow. Thought I was saving time by going here after work. Took longer than expected and there was no one there. There never is anyone there. Thats why I thought it would be in and out, a no brainer. Now I know why. the attendant did a full inspection which is not necessary for an older car. Basically just a safety inspection is what it needed. The owner (same guy, only guy) is not even a mechanic. So I asked for one and he told me that he walked out on him? Really? Go figure. A good location between Chicopee and Holyoke. Someone decent should take over this establishment. What a waste. Dont go here for anything. Save your money, save your time, and save your peace of mind.

DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. I found the man I worked with to be very rude. He asked me a lot of personal questions that were entirely inappropriate and I felt sexually harassed. On top of that, my car broke down less than 3 weeks after he told me that everything was well and good.

Do not go here for an inspection. The sign says Inspection Station open Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM Sat 8AM-12Noon. Today is Saturday and its 9:15AM. I just tried to get my truck inspected. Someone else was getting theirs done. The gentleman in charge (presumed owner) rudely refused, he said Im not doing inspections today, I only did this one as a favor, you have to come back on Monday. He didnt give a reason or apologize. I had breakfast next door and watched him take ANOTHER inspection after me, for someone who was also having breakfast- he came in the restaurant to give the man his keys. I will not be back.

Great shop and the owner is very nice

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, poor customers service, the owner tried to steal from me in my inspection, disconnected a sensor, and tell me that He can fixed for $300.00, because my check engine light come on, but I knew the light not be on before, I look and I found the sensor disconnected.but I acting like I dont know nothing, and I tell him I dont have $300.00, He tell me that He can pass the inspection for $120.00, that terrible. .

Thorough and straightforward. Good experience.

Owner is Tough when doing inspections checking everything every time but you know it was done not like other stations that I have been to.
