I came yesterday for my first oil change, which is free by the way! The young man who assisted me was awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Regretfully, I can’t remember his name. He explained all my warranties and what I needed to do in order to maintain them. Tony was absolutely amazing. Very patient, polite and accommodating. He made sure I got out in time to get my little one. Very pleasant experience which reminds me I made the right choice purchasing my vehicle from Curry! Thanks guys!

The entire experience from making the appointment, dropping of the vehicle, being kept up-to-date on the status, and picking up the vehicle is always very smooth and efficient. Good luck trying to collect on the Lifetime warranty. They dont tell you when you buy that if ALL the scheduled maintenance isnt done by them-at high dealer rates-that you need to produce all paperwork for it. In short, THEY MAKE IT VERY HARD TO COLLECT ON THAT WARRANTY since they want the $$ from parts.
When my husband and I visited Curry Honda, we had an appointment with Eric to see a Honda pilot. Eric was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although we loved the pilot, the color we were interested in was not available at their location. Eric did his best and beyond to get us the pilot we wanted from another dealer. He and the service department adjusted their schedule to acquire unexpectedly needed new tires and installed them the same day. When You buy the car it’s a great experience but as for the service of you vehicle it has declined drastically in the past two years. The wait times are ridiculous. I would deff not recommend after my recent experience waiting hours for an oil change or changing one tire.

Sales person Bret was awesome in helping us out.this is our 3rd buy here at Curry HondaBut its our first brand spanking new buy.So far the 2021 pilot is awesome and everything I wanted the power the tow capacity and the room for all you need to carry and still have plenty of space and comfort. Mine is use for work and usually will be parked if Im not working but this will be our adventure vehicle and we will be towing our small trailer build and enjoy every minute of it.

This was my first visit to Curry Honda. I had two pending safety recall repairs to be done, so I booked the appointment for one of them. When I arrived, I was told that they had to solve both (or neither) due to liability concerns. Since I had planned to wait for the car, my expected 2 hour wait bloomed to possibly 5 hours to get both done. My service person (Brandon) consulted with the necessary folks and ensured that two teams worked on my car simultaneously so both repairs would be done in a total of 3 hours. I was suitably impressed with all aspects of my treatment and plan to return for future maintenance.
My car maintenance experience was very good. Pedro, the employee who helped me was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on all my car needs, maintenance prices, and time necessary to fulfill said maintenance. I received my car clean and feeling new in a reasonable amount of time. I most definitely recommend Curry Honda Chicopee for any and all car servicing.

Brandon at Curry Honda went above and beyond to help me when my alternator suddenly broke and I was left without a means of transportation. It was a stressful situation that was made easier by his great attitude and hard work.
We were out of town pulling a trailer when our check engine light came on. It was Saturday morning and they were understanding of the situation and were able to get us fixed and back on the road before noon. The customer service was excellent.

I went to the Curry Body shop for the replacement of a mirror housing cap that was broken. They did an incredible job in a timely manner. I feel they went above and beyond for me as I asked about another part of my vehicle that needed attention. I got my first Honda in 1993 and have always used the body shop there, they do an awesome job and always have.
I was determined to replace my 2010 Odyssey LX but due to a cessation in the manufacture of LX’s because of a computer chip shortage and breaks in the overall supply chain, none were available- only the option ladened EX’s which we’re far too expensive for my tastes.Of all the Honda dealerships I worked with, only Curry Honda, sales rep Christian Vincellette and his manager, were able to find what may we’ll have been the last LX in New England.I now own a very beautiful and sophisticated new Odyssey LX.Thanks team Curry!Paul F-M

The service and care taken while my Civic was in the shop were exceptional. I especially appreciated that Pedro looked for areas where it might be possible to keep the costs down, while still providing the repairs necessary. The communication was also appreciated, and I was kept up-to-date on what needed to be done on a regular basis.

Max is the best sals person he tried his best we were trying to buy CR-V touring and we were planing if the deal works to take two cars !!!While Mr Max trying to get the deal with his finance manager or the management we were looking over the internet we saw price from other dealer less $1200 so we asked Mr Max to talk the deal with the management ??Max came back smiling and says I am not going to waist your time, they are not able even to come down and match any other dealer !!!! How ever we felt so sorry Max made all work and try his best and we took our business to the other dealer without doing any work it was easy and sample deal.....We give five stars to Mr Max respectful helpful explain every things works hard 🙏We give 0 stars to the management and their finance Dept. for pour judgment and handling their customers

Customer service was so-so. It was like they didn’t care whether or not they sold cars. There cars are over priced and they try to make your car seem as it’s not worth as much as it is. I test drove a 2018 Honda Civic that I loved and it was priced at 23,500. I showed the sales person the same car (same miles and everything) at 4 other Honda dealerships in the area for 17,500 and the only thing he could tell me was “yeah I don’t know, do you want to sell us your car or not”. Just overall not a great place to go to get a car.
I was here twice after I hit a curb. First time I told them the problem and that I needed an alignment. They aligned the wheels except the front-right wheel and they told me they couldnt and I need a strut replacement. Recently I was there for strut replacement and I specifically told them that there is a grinding sound from that wheel. They said theyll look into it. So I paid $540 for the replacement, but the sound is still there. I probably could figure out my self where the sound is coming from if I had all the equipment they have in the shop. Please dont even waste your time and money people, go to your local mechanic. Youll get everything done twice as cheap but with the same or better quality. Im not wasting a single dollar here anymore.
Brandon Morgado is an asset at Curry Honda. He is empathic, respectful and goes out of his way to create a positive experience! I had a problem with my AC along with due services. Brandon explained the process in a succinct manner and did not become defensive when I became irritated. These service advisor are the ones that have to put up with our unhappiness that comes along with some of the dealerships prices on services!! Brandon always remains composed and professional!!!
We believed that this dealership, Honda Curry, had all the intentions of guaranteeing us the best service, but unfortunately in our instance this wasnt the case. We live in a considerably safe community, Westfield, and it doesnt happen often that there are cases of wheels being stolen off of cars. However, in our instance ours were. We were convinced by Curry to purchase an insurance for the wheels on our new Honda Accord Sport 2018 vehicle (keep in mind that these wheels have special bolts that would require a special key, that only we have, in order to even take the wheels off if it would be necessary to replace it for a spare or other reasons), and weve been paying extra money with the expectation that if anything were to happen to our tires and rims we would be compensated. Unfortunately all four of our tires were taken off of the vehicle in the middle of the night while we were sleeping only to get up in the morning to panic and confusion. Thats not even the biggest of our concerns, we are concerned about the fact that purchasing the extra insurance from Curry for our wheels doesnt hold up to what we were promised, because the dealership and the Honda Manufacturer have been sending us back and forth from one to the other stating that its not their responsibility. Restating, we were guaranteed that these wheels required special keys to unscrew the bolts from the wheels. Extremely disappointing to see that others have access to similar keys to have the freedom to go around taking off wheels of whichever new Honda Accord Sport they see. One final would be that, why didnt the alarm go off from the car? In most instances just from the noise of a loud Harley Davidson motorcycle driving by would set off the alarm. Supposedly, these men pulling the car back and forth in order to take off the wheels, and it so happened that the car also fell on the side where the car jack was weaker...shouldnt that be enough to set off the alarm?

Check your vehicle before you leave and make sure they fix everything. Have a squeaky window every time it goes down. They said they fixed they lie me. I left 20 minutes had to come back and let them know its not fix. I dont trust them

I had to set up an appointment with Curry Honda for a recall. This was my first time ever having any services done at Curry Honda. The service manager was awesome, to say the least. Very friendly, knowledgeable (as they should be, but you would be surprised) and just overall awesome. I wish I could say the same for the service desk in which I had to grab my FOB from and sign paperwork. I approach the window, where I was effectively ignored by the clerk whilst on her phone (really wished phones didnt exist, and I honestly never thought I would ever say that, but it is partially the downfall of civil society). No bell, nothing to garner attention, so I just motioned as if I was going to grab a business card and she finally noticed me. I dont mind having to grab my car, but if the service manager tells me to approach the window and theyll grab my car for me, then I suppose I should expect that, but thats not the service I received. Like I said, Im a big girl, I dont mind. That said, excellent service with the service manager I dealt with, not so excellent with the service clerk.
