They are excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, and no-pressure sales. Robert was great in helping us understand everything and never pushed us at all. Dave the owner sets the tone and this is a great store with great people.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great variety of products. We loved that we got to test out a spa in the evening. We plan on purchasing a spa here, and continue to give them our business by buying all our supplies and chemicals from them as well!

Gridley is much cheaper for same spas, delivery and taking away an old spa a fraction of the cost Spa Broker wanted!

Worst salesman ever! Claims to listen to his customers and instead doesnt shut his mouth or answer questions.

This was a horrible experience. we were lied to continually throughout the entire process. they tried to rip us off on a factory rebate but finally gave it to us when we learned from a friend about it. the crew that came six weeks later to deliver the spa dumped it on the ground, didnt finish installing the electrical and left. they left chemicals in a box next to the spa. no instructions or anything. wish i had gone with the dealer in redding as they were so professional with my neighbor. wanted to leave zero stars but it wont let me
