This is a cashless operation, so they only take cards and possible Apple/Google pay. We were quickly welcomed and served. The ice cream is good and my wife loved her Frankensteins monster of an ice cream sandwich with two different cookies, ice cream and icing. Very clean place.Not too busy on Sundays nights, but still open late.

I recently have had a gluten intolerance and haven’t had a cookie in a good 6 months, was pleased to see the gluten free options and thought they were delicious, my driver, Ali, was very pleasant and informative. Told me when my order will be here and when was delivered to wrong address was happy to bring back to me. Extremely fast delivery. Placed order and in less than 15 minutes was delivered!

Absolutely wonderful cookies. My daughter-in-law gifted them to me from out of town for my birthday. Personal delivery, friendly face, absolutely delicious cookies. Looking forward to patronizing them myself. I’m glad they’re here in Chico.

Their frozen cookies are terrible. Go to Crumble.100% better. They also steal from their own employees paychecks, confirmed POS people. Their “benefits” include free gross cookies, with a side of pay steal.. horrible company. . Very disrespectful company. Would not recommend to anyone. Completely full of themselves.

My husband surprised me and had some cookies delivered to my job as i started my night shift at 11 pm. It was very sweet and the young lady who delivered had a very kind & friendly smile and great personality!! You guys are doing amazing and downtown Chico is lucky to have you!! Used to love this place. Came in and cashier told me they werent accepting cash. Said I didnt think I had my card on me and before I could even check dude had turned around and was walking to the back. Super brusk and rude.

Insomnia Cookies appears to be a great snackbar. Decorated colorfully. Main St.Downtown Chico a perfect spot. Food & Drink are great. A tad high on the Cookie Price though. Five(5$) dollars is quite a sum for kids to pay for one(1) cookie. If ypu eat ten(10) cookies it costs fifty(50$) and thats a little to high for egg, flower, sugar, water.

This Chico location is great!!! Ordered online, got a call to verify my address and they gave me an ETA. I accidentally selected contactless delivery.. I was worried how I would know theyre delivered.. Then I got a call from a very friendly employee advising my the order was delivered and the exact location where they put the cookies!! Same as everyone else, the employee at the Chico main st store is as rude as they come. Cookies never came called this joke of an employee and found out they went to the wrong address. Wouldn’t re-deliver nor give us the phone number for a refund. Found the number myself and filed a complaint with customer service. Never order from this joke of a store, worst service EVER! Stick with midnight munchies or any other late night place.

Ordered a chillax pack with 2 oatmeal raisin 2 peanut butter and 2 white chocolate. And received 3 white chocolate and 3 peanut butter. At least they said they will resend the order but that is not the point.

Ive had to call the customer service line at least twice to have my order delivered. The first time they couldnt even find my order, but they charged me. Tonight they told me 30 more minutes, Id waited an hour before calling. A bit pricey for the quality of delivery service.Tonight (8/27) make a third time that Ive had to call the customer service line to track my order. The associate on the phone was great, reached out to the store to see what the status was. He was told that it was with a driver and on its way, which he relayed to me. Still hasnt been delivered, but according to their web tracker its been delivered.

Okay so some person just delivered my roommates cookies and POUNDED on our door multiple times and gave our whole apartment a heart attack at 12:30 am. Managers should have a chat with their employees.

Amazing!!! I have passed this place so many times and I finally stopped in. Best decision I have made all week. Their prices are good and the cookies are to die for. I even got their chocolate chip brownies which they heat up for you..... Need I say more? If you havent at least tried it out, stop buy and get a cookie, you will not be sorry.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. My husband and I made an order a few hours after we put our four kids to bed around 10:30pm. We received a call about 10mins after our order was placed and was told that there was an incident with one of their drivers, but it would be there within the hour. 11:30pm rolled around...no delivery. I called and the guy said that there was a driver there picking up the order and it would be on its way; 12:00am hits and I give them a call to see if one of us should just head down and pick up the order. He proceeds to tell me that he actually never found a driver and hes refunding my money...(?)wait..what? Before I had a moment to say anything he hung up on me. I tried calling back twice, and he picked the phone up both times and hung up.Im still sitting here confused AF about what just happened 😳

These cookies are in near better than my grandma cookies. Dont get me wrong my grandmother can make some great cookies but she does not have them just baked and soft at 2am like this establishment. They also have 2% milk, chocolate milk, whole milk l, and ice cream. I had and ice cream sandwiches the first time I ever went here it was like straight diabetes if I ate the whole thing but I shared it with my date. I recommend trying a few different kinds of cookies because you really cant just have one. Super fire bomb.

Their cookies are awesome and fresh! I dont think that theyre very good at planning ahead because we played this game that the first 4 things I ordered were out of stock or had to be baked.

I would have given this place 5 stars BUT first, there is hardly any seating (does have a restroom) and my friend and I went in on national ice cream day and we told the girl at the counter, (who was really nice by the way) that we had seen on Instagram that they were giving a free scoop of ice cream which she replied was correct and then this guy (that I’m guessing was the manager) came to the counter to tell her to give us a “regular size scoop not “a big ol’ scoop” I wouldn’t really have a problem with this but the fact that he didn’t even say anything like hello or thanks for coming in bothered me more. Also the fact that he was taking up the only seats that were available and that he didn’t even move so customers could sit was annoying.

They dropped off a FREE box of warm, assorted cookies at my job. Soooooo yummy! Will definitely be ordering from them.

I bought two cookiewiches and it took them over 45 mins to give me my order and they got it wrong. This was my first time at the place and I think it would honestly be faster to just bake them by myself at home. U guys need to get some people in there that no what there doing.

Such a bad place when it comes to delivery my first order I was missing 2 and they reimbursed me, second time I ordered I was missing one not sure where the problem is going either they forget or dont know how to count or the driver is eating them. Not going back.
