Beetstech installed a 2012 logic board in a late 2011 macbook pro. Every other shops said they wouldnt do it or couldnt source the board. They answered all my questions and did the job quickly. Pricing is very reasonable. Laptop arrived safely and is working perfectly.

Foolish me thought I could replace the battery on my Macbook Air by myself with a kit from Amazon, but after removing half the screws, I got stuck and panicked. I called all of the repair shops in the area asking them to simply install the battery for me, but they wanted to charge me $80 and up!! Beetstech charged me an extremely REASONABLE price of $30 for the labor and had it done right away! My computer is running beautifully with the new battery. I will be trusting them with all of my tech-related needs from now on because I know they will do an exceptional job and charge a fair price!

I purchased a 27” replacement screen for my 27” iMac, which included the adhesive tape designated and necessary to adhere the screen to the computer. Unfortunately, even though I have experience in the past, it appears the quality of the adhesive was sub par. Basically, after following the instructions, installing the screen, and leaving the computer alone while going to work, upon returning, the screen had come loose and fallen onto the keyboard and cracked the $500+ screen.Upon reading on the web, this is quite common due to using inferior non-Apple approved tape. I can only assume this is the same in this case. An attempt to get some assistance from Beetstech has resulted in a washing of hands for any responsibility for this.Hence, I strongly recommend anyone considering Beetstech for any product like this, to reconsider and go directly to Apple for the adhesive tape and possibly other products.

Best customer service Ive received from a parts supplier except for iFixit. Although it seems to be a smaller operation their support and logistics are comparable or better to what I have received from major component suppliers or factory direct relationships with Chinese Suppliers.

Few months ago had an issue with one of my older Macbook Pros where I accidentally broke off the iSight/Wifi/Bluetooth connector on the logic board when putting back the cables. Ordered a new connector part from them and broke off during installation for some reason, but the people working at Beetstech luckily helped me quickly and sorted it out after I explained to them my situation. It quickly got postaged from the US to NZ, and it only took only like 3 days! Insanely quick. The part now works perfectly, couldnt ask for a better Apple part supplier. Thanks so much.

Update to earlier review: While I can speak very highly of the repair experience, there was cosmetic damage to the computer (see photo). To create such a dent in the corner of a macbook pro would require considerable force. I was so intent on making sure to restore my files etc. after a logic board repair that I didnt notice the damage until after three weeks had passed. While the dent to an otherwise pristine computer is sad, it was even worse to have Beetstech categorically refuse to accept any responsibility despite the fact that such damage could only have occurred in their hands (i.e. not in transit, packaging was not damaged). A simple apology was all that I wanted since theres really nothing to be done about the dent. If youre considering using this company, take photos before you send and be sure to check not just what you asked them to fix, but also everything else.
