We visited on Oct. 28th and I didnt catch one of the girls names :( but i managed to see Nickis name tag. They were both so AMAZING and so helpful with my friend and I. They were super friendly and they went above and beyond for us and I just had to give them some recognition for that! They gave great advice and were accommodating in helping us order shoes huge shoutout to them! 🥰

Staff was extremely helpful . Went out of the way to verify if the boots I was interested in were slip resistant. Was on the computer getting me the manufacturers description. Would definitely recommend trying them out. Prices were average. Really it was the customer service I received.

The shoes are great. But the customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. I went twice and both times were awful. I have worked multiple customer service jobs before so I know what I am talking about. It was very disappointing and I don’t plan on shopping at Journeys again.

Absolutely love this store and the staff. This is usually where I go for my husbands shoes and mine they 9 times out of 10 have the shoes I want and if they dont they can order them and have them shipped to my house. I always have my kids with me and the staff is always very nice and gives them stickers while someone else is helping us with our shoes they are professional but welcoming.

Have been coming here for years and recommended many friends. Came in today selection was crap, staff not helpful at all, slightly rude even, remodel looks bad. You guys just lost a $200 sale in three words. I will not be coming back or recommending anymore. It was fun while it lasted. Chico mall location has gone to crap.
