This is a very well stocked and accomodating business. Their work crews know what theyre doing. Charlie, especially, has been lying flooring before most of us were born. They have access to a seemingly endless supply.of materials.

Chris is FANTASTIC to give advice to a first time home installer. Incredible service. Incredible pricing compared to another well known store who did not stand by an original quote (hint, they’re out past 20th street). I felt like I got my own free class on floor installation! Go here. They are honest, work with integrity, and I really do believe they have the best quality for the best prices (and I shopped around).

We just got our new carpeting from Towne carpet yesterday and we are so very happy! The installers were very nice and very professional and did a fantastic job. Our salesperson, Andrea, was so very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that everything went smoothly. I just cant recommend this business enough!

They fail to communicate well when its installation time. A family member had many failed attempts dealing with installer arriving on correct day and time.
