My granddaughter had an appointment with Zoe on Saturday with four of us sharing the experience. Zoe was fantastic! She was so patient, had studied the dresses my granddaughter had pinned, didn’t show her dresses that were above her price point, and suggested a couple of styles outside the box. It was a wonderful experience for us all…and my granddaughter found her dream dress❤️ Thank you Zoe!

This was my 8th bridal store, and I finally found the one! Great experience here! The woman who helped me try on gowns listened to my opinion and budget and was so sweet and friendly!

To say I was nervous for this day is an understatement, but Mary made me feel so confident in every grown I tried on. She focus on my dream dress look and was sure to ask what I did and didn’t like about the dresses I tried on. This review is long overdue! I had the best experience at AE Bridal. I got engaged right before Covid hit and was so nervous I wasn’t going to be able to visit a showroom to try on dresses. Bree was super accommodating and got me into the showroom right away afterthe reopenings. Bree knew my exact style and pulled the perfect dress, I fell in love instantly! All the girls there were so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend making an appointment here, I am certain you will find your perfect wedding dress!

This shop is amazing!! I found my perfect dress, with the help of the lovely Chloe!! They have so many options in every price range and their dresses are excellent. I knew I didnt want a dress that I had seen on other brides and this shop helped me find one as unique as I am. 100% recommend!!

I loved working with the staff at AE Bridal in Chico! Sarah, Breeann, and Danielle were so kind and helpful. The knowledge and care these ladies provided was amazing. I was dreading searching for a dress because Im short, stocky, and I wasnt at the weight I wanted to be, but these ladies made me feel so comfortable. I went in a few times with different bridesmaids and the final visit with family. The first day Sarah found the dress I ended up deciding on. There was still so much to look at though, due to time constraints on my part, I wasnt sure it was the one yet. I still wanted to try others styles and keep my options open. Bree gave me such great assistance at my next two apointments. She found such beautiful and flattering dresses for me, two of which were the runners up to my favorite from the first appointment...it took the days in between mulling over pictures and that last appointment to truly decide between them. Sarah and Bree were so helpful and patient answering all our questions. This shop also offered something I couldnt get at Davids Bridal, true customization. They can customize the dress to your height, and the seamstress is able to make modifications and/or additions by ordering additional material from the designer. I recently went to a wedding where they added sleeves to the dress, I would never have known it was modified! Im so glad I made an appointment with your shop at the Chico Bridal Show! Though my dress was specialty ordered shorter it came in still several inches too long. Connie did an amazing job on the alterations. I love my dress and it fit beautifully! Thank you!

I recently had to move my wedding date because my dad is fighting stage 4 lung cancer and things arent looking too good for him. We Decided to push the dates up to his birthday (to honor him) this February which means I had to find a dress like yesterday. Having him with us for our special day is the most important thing to us. Ladies, do yourself a favor and make an appointment here. This is the most incredible and caring group of women I have ever met. After having a horrible experience at a different bridal store in Redding - I called Always Elegant in Chico to see if they could possibly get me in that day. I explained to them ahead of time what my situation was and that I understood some dresses would not be an option if they needed to be ordered as they can take months to make. They were super accommodating over the phone and told us to come in that day. My Best Friend and I drove from Redding not really knowing what to expect. When we arrived Brianna and two other lovely ladies greeted us warmly. Brianna had already pulled 6-7 dressed that could be ordered in enough time for our wedding. They took my measurements right away and she helped me into dresses. I am short which means I had to keep in mind that the bottom would have to be altered so lace designs were a little intimidating for me. Brianna eased my worries and explained how each dress would be altered which I know seems like no big deal, but this is HUGE ! After she helped me into a few dresses I walked around the store to look at a few different styles. One in particular caught my eye as it looked different from anything I had seen before. She checked their database before I tried it on to make sure they could get it in time and it was a go! I tried it on and was shocked at how I looked. This was an incredible dress. It looked perfect on my body! She opened the curtain and my best friend looked at me in awe and cried! One of the other ladies in the store even teared up! I was so nervous and emotional - this was that moment I was suppose to have. Even with all the sadness in my families heart and my heart with my dads battle with cancer, these ladies helped me have my dress moment. It was indescribable and I honestly didnt know I could have that bride moment - but they made it happen! Not only that but they could order the dress in my size and have it there in less than 10 days! I already made an appointment with a wonderful tailor that they personally recommended. She met me in their store to go over the alterations and set up my 1st fitting appointment on the 11th. The owner reached out to me to personally congratulate me and I even received a touching thank you card from Brianna today. These ladies go above and beyond. I cannot express my gratitude enough to them all. They have completely taken a very stressful and emotional situation and turned it into a dreamy and exciting experience. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment to helping find MY dress!

I found the PERFECT dress here. So many incredible options for designs, styles, and sizes. My stylist Zoe was INCREDIBLE. She not only helped me find dresses that suited my vision and style but listened very closely to every detail. I loved some of the floral hems but was nervous about them catching on things since were having an outdoor wedding, and she helped me to find a slightly less fragile but just as beautiful option. She also helped me to ensure I stayed within my budget. I am so excited and grateful to have found this shop. So friendly, inviting, knowledgeable, experienced and kind! They also worked very hard to make the appointment personal and intimate even with all of the COVID guidelines and awkwardness. Will be going back for any future needs and recommend 11/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I was paired up with Brianna, and she was fantastic. Brianna listened to what I wanted in a dress, kept to the budget I was comfortable with, and was knowledgeable about what types of alterations could be done to each dress.I walked away from my first appointment without finding a dress. Brianna kept in touch with me and explained she would be happy to have dresses shipped to the store from their designers that I wanted to try.I took Brianna up on the offer and had a couple dresses shipped to the store for me to try. Brianna gave me updates and helped set up a second appointment. Round two was a success and I found my perfect dress!Brianna was fun to work with. It isn’t always comfortable being in a dressing room with someone, but she made it easy. It was like being with a friend! Brianna knows what she is doing and she was a huge help. She made my wedding dress shopping experience what it should be!

I had an amazing experience, they were so sweet and understanding. I was an hour late to my appointment due to a flat tire coming from Redding and they were more than willing to still work with me. They placed me with the perfect stylist, Hannah, and she was so excited to know that we had the same interest in crosshatching dresses which made it even more fun for me! I knew which dress I wanted before going in but she definitely still picked out some excellent runner ups! I had such a beautiful experience at AE! I knew that I wanted a private setting with my family and close friends to pick my dream dress without strangers looking at me and offering their opinions. I found the option to have a private Sunday appointment where I had the shop all to myself with snacks and champagne and my most important people. Madison and Bree were fabulous and made me feel so special. They really understood what I was looking for based on my style and the feel of my wedding. I highly recommend booking a private appointment, the price is worth it and gets you a discount on your dress. The experience was a world of difference from the very public experience I had at *other* shops.

I’m so happy that I booked an appointment with them! They were all so kind and caring. Brianna helped me with finding the dress of my dreams! Even though I’m plus size! I felt like a million bucks in each dress she put on. I’d recommend every bride to book an appointment!

We got there for my daughter’s scheduled appointment and these poor gals were just backed up big time. Even though our appointment got pushed back by about a 1/2 hour, we were able to look through the dresses to see what she liked. Once our gal, Zoe, was ready for us, she was so sweet in listening to my daughters exact likes and dislikes for each dress we picked out. Then at the very end she pulled out the perfect dress. One none of us had seen. We heard my daughters first expressions as it was put on her and when Zoe pulled back the curtains, WOW! It was the dress! And yes there were tears. This was a lovely experience for all of us (and we had just been to another Bridal store) that will never be forgotten. Thank you Zoe for making this perfect for my girl.Definitely recommend this Bridal boutique.

My consultant, Brianna, was AMAZING and made my whole experience just that much better! She listened to me talk about what I liked and offered suggestions whenever I wasnt sure. She even hugged my entire group before we left and cried with me when I found my dress. I would totally recommend coming here for your dress!!!

We went here for my sister’s wedding dress, and they were wonderful! After a bad experience elsewhere in town, this shop made my sister feel celebrated and pampered! And we found her dress here, at a (wedding dress) reasonable price. This is the place to go!

Always Elegant is terrific! Theyve been very helpful with our suit purchases. When we came back to try on the suits, they even told us the price had dropped and passed the savings on to us.

The staff at Always Elegant Bridal was phenomenal and made our Bridesmaid dress fitting experience such a blast. We did not know quite what we were looking for but they were able to give us so many options and choices so we were able to help our bride achieve her dream look for us in her wedding. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for any sort of wedding, bridesmaid, or prom dress.

Everyone was so kind and helpful and my assistant zoe was amazing help. She found me my dream dress after trying on only three gowns, she also was very conscious of my budget and knowledgeable about the details of the dress such as the order options for color, size, and shipping.
