Excellent service!! Super friendly people. I highly recommend. The starter on my Lexus went out and they fixed it in no time. Even shuttled me home while I waited for my car to get fixed. There’s also a financing option too which is great because repairs can be very costly as anyone knows.

Every time I go there they are always super kind, respectful of my situation, and personable! I know if I have an issue they’ll have my back. They even provide a shuttle service and will work with you if finances aren’t matching up with your car needs. 5/5 service for me.

My car took some front end damage when hitting a curb.I brought my car to Big O Tires in Chico Ca...off the Esplanade.Everyone in the shop was professional.They put the car on the rack...with 15 minutes to closing...They saw the damage...then I was given a quote that did not break the bank.Everyone there was helpful and 5 star.Daniel and Jacob were the two people who were in charge of this quick turn around.These guys were on it.

The people at Big O Tires in Chico, Ca are always very professional. I have done all my tire and front end work with them over the last 26 years. I know they are always going to give me honest answers when I take my vehicle in for diagnosis. Their prices are fair on everything across the board. I have always used the Big O brand of all terrain tires on my trucks and I have never had an issue with any of them. I highly recommend this business.

Been with the Big O company for almost 10 years. This branch has me rethinking that choice. Called to schedule an appointment a week in advance for a tire rotation, dropped off my vehicle time of appt (930am) to only be told there arent actual appointments, its first come first serve. My vehicle wasnt ready until 430pm.Frustrated but Im willing to over look it and just be happy it got done in the same day. What prompted me to leave this review was what I discovered today after getting a flat.Ive never encountered lugnuts so overtightened as I did today. It took two of us, a 4ft long breaker bar, and two lug keys... the first one split apart. Lugnuts should never ever be this tight! Now I get to enjoy the frustration of re-doing all of them so I dont snap a lug bolt off while Im driving down the road.This is really scary. Folks, check or have someone check your lugnuts to be sure theyre tightened to proper Torque specs. Big O, this is a dangerous issue that needs to be corrected asap!

Daniel was real cool. Quick to help when I arrived. Answered all my questions politely. Walked me through all the problems after my inspection. When it came to cost he did amazing at saving me as much money as possible while getting the critical problems fixed. He and the rest of the team worked fast and extremely professional throughout the whole experience.

Called spontaneously on a busy Monday afternoon to get my tires rotated and aligned. I was on a tight schedule because of work, but thanks to Daniel he was able to get my car checked in and was able to get me on time to work. Dude is a great worker. Nice staff but lost a customer today because of bad time management. Despite making an appointment, and being given a 45min -1hour time frame for completion upon drop off, the entire wait time was over two and a half hours. As a result, I had to cancel scheduled meetings. I was ultimately held captive at the store as my car sat in the air for hours.

Big O did a fine job ordering a replacement tire for one that was damaged and unfixable.

I haven’t been to Big O for several years, but stopped by today for an oil change and tire rotation. They fit might right in and within an hour I was on my way. Great service and I will return.

I got my front brake pads done on 3/21/2019. Let me start by saying, what a great crew! I was greeted at my car by one of the mechanics (Daniel, I think). James was at the counter when I entered and got the paperwork started (very professional/polite). I originally spoke with Josh on the phone & he oversaw everything going on with my car. He was extremely helpful. Tyler, was the mechanic that worked on my car. He bothered to explain to me what was being done and what to pay attention to in the future. Ive always had good experiences with other Big O Tires in other cities but this was an exceptional experience. Thank you!

Man was I wrong about these guys. I guess the only way to get good customer service is to spend a bunch of money here. BEWARE! They have a coupon out there for an oil change for 34.99 that will miraculously turn into a $53 service with an explanation that the coupon is worded weird but its actually just a $10 off coupon (which it doesnt say anywhere on the coupon). Other oil change places are cheaper without a coupon! Also they suggested I needed new tires when I dont, and multiple other services that would had added roughly $6-700 on top of my supposed $35 service. They do quality work and I have given these guys a few glowing reviews on some more major repairs Ive had done there, only to be treated like my money wasnt important this time. Just know that a $35 coupon is not just that with these guys.

Guys went above and beyond to replace a few extra things on my car that were important to safety but would have put me over my budget. Gave me detailed analysis of what needed to be done and why, which things were needing to be done now and which could wait, and staying under budgeted number I had I given them. Will be taking my car back for any other repairs on my Camry as its running better than it has in years! Thank you!

I came in just before closing on Saturday with a flat. Upon inspection of the split in the sidewalls, I bought a pair of tires for my front wheel drive Toyota Sienna van. Service was very fast and courteous, but arriving at home I realized that the installer had put the spare tire in the passenger area instead of mounting it under the vehicle. A bad end to an otherwise great experience.

Every time I’ve gone to Big O for oil changes and other maintenance they’ve been friendly, efficient, and professional. Robert today was informative without being pushy, which is the reason I’ll be back to purchase tires here. It was a seamless experience, especially for someone like me who doesn’t know a lot about cars.

I am a fire fighter from Utah I was out here on the CAMP Fire. I had some tires that needed to be replaced on my engine I called them. With the way the State of Utah Fleet Services is I had to get certain brands of tires. Big O did me a solid. They were able to get tires approved by my fleet services and they opened an hour early so I cold come in and get the tires on my engine. I was very impressed with Josh and Robert. They were very professional and I appreciate the service They gave me. I can not thank them enough. Thank you Big O.

Very rude, didn’t know how to put my car on the lift, didn’t check my steering properly said everything was fine took my car to Les Schwab and said my bottom control are was twisted right after I got it checked at big O tires, said they couldn’t do my alignment cause my car wouldn’t fit on the lift even though it’s been on multiple times. Just a terrible service never going there again!!!!!

Excellent customer service! I called ahead with a trailer tire needing replacement on my way to pick up a load of hay. The serviceman recognized me and as he showed me where to park sent someone to fix my tire. It was done in less time than it took me to go to the bathroom and pay! And the price was good too!

The team was very professional. I went in for an oil change before leaving town. With the free inspection they found my brakes were very low. Showed me the pads. I was traveling through very windy mountain roads. This could have been tragic. May have saved my life.

My daughter has been a big fan of Big O Tires both in Santa Cruz and here in Chico once we moved. I finally had the opportunity to visit Big O Chico for an oil change and tire rotation. They were very helpful and quick. I was always informed of any changes to the original work order and my car was done when I had been told it would be. I now see why my daughter takes her car to Big O Chico and I plan to do the same for any future repair needs or when I need new tires.

Ive had an overall very positive experience with Big-O- with some small caveats. I have a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. I was originally shopping for tires and Big-O had a very competitive price however, the shop did not have a road force balancing machine, which was a deal breaker for me. Ive found through multiple experiences with both my work and personal vehicles that road force balancing provides a superior ride than standard balancing, especially with larger light truck and high performance tires. I bought tires from another vendor that offered road force balancing but did not offer alignments, so I came back to Big-O to have a four tire alignment (which comes with a six month warranty by the way...thankfully). They brought my out of alignment front end back into specification but stated there was no adjustment for the rear wheels. The LR toe was out of adjustment and the RR camber is out of alignment. After some research I found that the rear has adjustable toe links. I brought the car back, pointed out the toe links and Big-O brought the toe back into specification at no additional charge, but stated they still could not find any adjustability for the RR camber, which appears to be correct, unless an aftermarket camber bolt kit is purchased and installed. I am planning to purchase and install this kit and hope to bring my vehicle back to Big-O to have the camber brought into specification as well. I appreciate Big-Os willingness to continue to work with me on resolving my alignment issues!

Got a great deal on 4 wheel alignment. I live in Red Bluff but was able to schedule my appointmemt around a weekly medical appointmemt I had.Great staff, friendly and helpful. Being a woman, bringing my car in for any work is usually frustrating. Not here. Thanks Big O Tires for making my visit so easy and stress free.

I took my car in to go get my tires aligned and rotated. The service within itself is fast and I never have to go back for corrections. Its more of the guy in the office that doesnt do it for me. I feel a little condescending attitude from him because I didnt know what he was talking about. I made the choice after my last visit to start going all the way up to Paradise just to avoid being spoke to like I am a fool.

The manager did not inform me of a serious issue the car had after I took it in to be serviced. In addition, what I took it in for was not properly done on numerous occasions. When confronted, the manager would not listen and kept putting the blame on the customer (me). I am not happy with my experience here.

I was impressed by the fact that with no appointment, and on a Saturday, I was able to get my Toyota Corolla in for an alignment! Great customer service and excellent alignment job were done!

Just another shout to the guys down there at Big O Tires! this is now the second time they have gone above and beyond to get my car back on the road and running amazing! Service Engine Soon light was on in my Altima and the car started acting sluggish. The original quote I was given was too high for my money supply so I had to decline but within minutes the manager called back and explained they could fix it within my budget but with the understanding that more would need to be done within a reasonable amount of time. While they were doing the repairs, more parts broke as the car is now 17 years old, but they went out of their way to replace the parts either at or below cost in order to keep me within my original budget. I also want to stress this is not the first time they have done this as this is now my second experience with them (with separate vehicles).The crew was knowledgeable and friendly and this will def. be my go to when I need any maintenance, repairs, and eventually tires down the road. Service manager worked with me to find an all season tire with Consumer Reports Low Noise rating of Excellent for my Impala LTZ 245/45R19. I chose the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus installed cost of $250. Enjoyable buying experience.

I dropped my utility trailer off to get new tires on it - I thought the old ones were 5 years old, but the tech told me they were 15 years old! Yeah, not what you want to go transport a new motorcycle from The Bay. They were fast, helped me get the right size and fitment and made some welcome recommendations as to type of tire. Overall, real happy! I hope not to have tire problems, ever, but if I do, Big O Chico is at the top of my list.Ive used Big O in other cities before and been treated real well, so its obviously a key corporate ingredient in their customer ethos. I like using Big O because they are everywhere; in case I do have an issue, chances are virtually 100% whether its my utility trailer, the RV or my truck, I can get help in a pinch.Now... when dye start doing motorcycle tires...? Ive got 3 of those!!

Id give it less stars if I could. This place charges extra money for no reason. If you repair a part on your vehicle they will charge you more on a service until related .They wanted an extra 30 bucks to align my vehicle because I replaced the tie rod ends.

Great experience! Walked in and got some bad news my rotors were worn into on the front. They got me in on a walk-in basis and had it fixed up on the spot within about 90 min. Pretty reasonable pricing and they suggested a 6-month no interest credit option so I have some time to pay it off and pops 50 bucks off the price. Really want to mention the excellent customer service I got from manager Robert and newcomer Eric who was still learning the computer systems. Friendly, made convo and educated me on some things to look for next time which was above and beyond. Eric, you better check out Cowboy Bebop or Im reducing this to 4 stars hahaha (jk). Mechanic Tyler rode along with me after I heard a squeaky noise to ensure everything was OK and explained they may need some time to wear in, although of course the noise stopped as soon as someone else was in the car. To the owner: youve got a great staff here, kudos! I dont usually go out of my way to give a good review unless Im floored.
