Built a custom 2 story guinea pig cage (c & c cage) and called around town to find someone to cut out coroplast for me as a cage liner. The Dragon Graphics team were friendly and helpful. Ended up working with me to save me some money while meeting my short deadline and giving me a better finished product than I had hoped for!If you need help with your pet cage, these guys are my recommendation.

As a walk-in with an unusual request, I was welcomed and treated as though my need was important to them. The owner personally showed me how he could easily solve the issue I presented. When I returned several weeks later to have the issue taken care of, one of his staff expertly got it done. I will take my business to them before going anywhere else in the future. When i decided to start my latest business venture I knew i needed some great advertising, I had a couple of great ideas and went to Dragon Graphics for help. Jr. Designer, Kristen Brooks was put in charge of designing my first company logo. I gave her some art that spelled out word for word what needed to be in the logo. The company name and slogan. When i received the artwork proof, She had misspelled the word excellence in Serving with Excellence and She misspelled the company name to be Process Services when I wrote it for her. (Process Servers) After waiting a few days for the proof to arrive and then it finally did, being a huge disappointment, I no longer wanted to continue with the bad service and lack of attention to detail.This is what she had to say when i told her I would not pay for design time that produced a product of such poor quality:I talked to the owner and he said to forget it and not send this to claims. Ill make sure to let the receptionist know that we will not be doing any work with you in the future and to delete you from our system.My response:That sounds great. I hope you and owner see this as a learning opportunity. The customer is most important and without them you have nothing. Going the extra mile to look over the proofs before sending them out would be a great way for you to personally grow from this experience. I am a the national event manager for the AJJF (American Judo & Jujitsu Federation) and the CEO of Chico Kodenkan and Dojo Brand and have been a customer on dozens of orders over a 15+ year period. They always, and I mean always, have the order ready on time. They stand by their work, and have one of the best graphic designers Ive ever worked with (Faizal is amazing!). In fact, just recently, a colleague of mine who also runs several events a year, commented to me you always have the best t-shirts at your event and wanted to change their t-shirt graphic designer and printer this year (even though they live in Placerville, CA). The one time I had an error on a shirt, they more than made it right--even though in the end, it was I who had not checked the spelling on the shirt correctly when I proofed it. Didnt matter, they made it right and gave me a great deal on the next order, and Ive always been happy with their product.

Customer service sucks. The owner spends maybe 5 minutes with you. The receptionist are confused because they are always saying Ill call you back I need to talk to Jeff then they never call back. I was a customer of Dragon Graphics but his customer service is terrible. Good products and price but terrible vibes again, customer service.

Asked about pricing and when I was told the price. I said it was outrageous and the guy immediately got an attitude with me and got in defense mode. When he said thats what his supplier price is which they outsource the work I take it. Super rude poor customer service. No wonder why I have never used them.

DG is the place! Jeff and his crew have always supported the local bike scene and do killer shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, banners, photos, whatever you need!! They can also help you draw up any logo/artwork in just seconds even if you dont really know what you want, very helpful.
