Kyle was an incredibly helpful service advisor! We had to have our vehicle towed in, and he made it so we didn’t have to show up until the work we approved was completed and vehicle was ready to go. The quote was reasonable and the total cost in the end actually came in a bit under what we initially approved. Maria was helpful as well. Everyone we spoke to was kind and made this an easy process. A car wash would have been nice, I guess we didn’t spend enough. Oh well, we still are appreciative and will use them again when necessary.
Ive brought my cars to Wittmeier for every scheduled service, and was never as happy with the service I received as I was with this last one - maybe they had a new team, or maybe the planets aligned just right, I dont know, but not only did they check everything, rotate tires, change oil, etc. but for the first time ever - they washed my car! I was thrilled, because it needed it 😅Ive bought three cars from Wittmeier, so I bring them there for service, and they have never washed my car after a service before. I love it, and hope its now part of the service!Plus the staff I communicated with were very friendly and helpful - thats how its supposed to be done. 5 stars!
Peter was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the progress of the service on my vehicle. He came over to speak with me when I picked up my car and explained exactly what was done.Maria was the cashier and she was also so nice and explained everything to me too.I am very impressed with Wittmeier Ford and would definitely recommend them for all of your needs.

We have been long time customers of Wittmeier auto center. We have always been pleased with the care and vehicles we purchased here. We recently purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot Touring 7 on July 4, 2021. The sales personnel ( Dominic and Nick) were extremely friendly and well versed on this vehicle. My experience at the dealership was very good, the salesman I worked with and the support staff behind him all worked very hard to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted at a price that I thought was reasonable and fair. They dealt with the trade ins I had very fairly. I have no complaints.
Took my Honda in for an issue that was covered under warranty. They kept me updated on progress and completed the work very quickly. The free shuttle was really convenient with a relatively short wait time.
The repair was made correctly and the truck is running right again. I am thankful they allowed me to take my truck back while we waited for parts. The parts took a little more than a week to arrive, but they quickly scheduled me after they had them.

They both were very friendly, helpful, informative, and overall provided great customer service. It felt like they were able to take the time to discuss and explain my cars issue. This is a fantastic improvement from years past. While waiting for my car to be brought out, I was additionally asked twice if I had been helped, another demonstration of improved commitment to quality customer service.

I have a problem child of a car and have had to bring it in quite a few times. Every time the service has been kind, knowledgeable and transparent which is all I can ask for. The extra gas in my tank was also pretty awesome. I’m thankful for knowing I can bring my car here and things will be taken care of with no surprises.

They were able to change my oil and rotate my tires for me even though I have a Kia cadenza. I was happy that I had scheduled my appointment last Wednesday with a young lady on the phone. She told me that they may not have my part available. I came in today on Tuesday to pick drop it off and they did it.

Ive never been a big fan of Ford, Ever! I purchased a 2013 F150 FX4 and like it a lot. Well built, few issues, and when I do bring it into Wittmeier for servicing, my experience has always been great. Good staff, and honest.
Because of a technical issue with their utilities, they didnt do the work I had brought the car in for. They never called me to tell me they couldnt do it. I had to text someone who worked there to find out about my car. When I picked it up, the AC barely blew any cold air. I am mechanically inclined, and I think they removed some r-134a from the coolant system. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor work performance, and even worse, lost trust. I will NEVER bring my car back to this service shop. Walmart service center provides better service than Wittmeier Ford Service Center.
I had a 10am appointment at Wittmeier’s service center to have a safe installed in my center console of my 2021 Ford Explorer and I chose to wait instead of using the shuttle. Peter was super helpful and noted on my paperwork that I was waiting. It was done within an hour. Thank you Peter and the Wittmeier service team for your efficiency!
I have had nothing but issues bringing my car here! I will not purchase another Ford due to the poor customer service and inconvenience of trying to get my car serviced. The lack of product knowledge is unreal.

Oh my goodness. I bought a new Honda from them back in January. The experience was stressful but I mainly blame it on myself. Anyways, About a week or so ago I heard a noise coming from my back tire. If I jacked the car up and spun the tire, It would make a pretty bad noise. I took it in, the test driver could not hear the noise (granted, it wasnt terribly loud). So I repeated to both the test driver and the one writing up the service order (both were professional) that it was the driver side rear tire that was causing the issues. About an hour and a half later my car is pulled out. The mechanics in the shop claim there was no noise and just blamed it on the alignment. I get home, read exactly what they did, and sure enough they only checked the two front tires. So I wasted half a day driving to and from Chico only to find out that the problem was not even checked correctly. The only reason Im not giving a one star is because I was treated good. However, I dont know if this mess up was due to a lack of communication on their part or just didnt bother checking. Either way, for something this simple I wont be trusting my car with them again. Im just very disappointed.
I recommend going to this dealership in Chico California! They respected us wanting to look at cars by ourself and then tell them which cars we were interested in and then take a look at them. They didn’t feel too pushy which is hard to come by at big dealerships sometimes.

We ended up buying a very nice used car. We got off on the wrong foot by trying to buy a vehicle for which someone else was already making an offer. Our sales team rebounded nicely by offering us an additional discount on another vehicle that was already discounted and we walked away with a great buy.
Quick and friendly service. Felt like I was being charged appropriately for the services I was getting and did not feel like the prices were inflated just because my car was taken to the dealership to be serviced. Also did not try to up sell me on other services which sometimes happens at other shops.
As soon as I drove up to drop off my car, a greeter came out to take down my info. Next my service coordinator came out to check my mileage and take me inside to his desk. After discussing what my car needed, I handed over my keys and was out the door. Everyone was kind and friendly. I really appreciated being able to wait in my car for the service coordinator because there are no chairs beside his desk. I have muscle weakness that makes it hard to stand for more than a few minutes so I appreciated how smoothly everything went.

We test drove a couple cars. We came back another day and settled on one. We went inside to negotiate a price, fully prepared to buy. We have bought 5 cars over a twenty year period from Wittmeier Honda, all a positive experience. I can’t explain how negotiations fell apart so badly and so quickly this time. We were even prepared to buy the car outright without financing. Our salesperson seemed to lack experience and expertise, unable to answer many of our questions about the car. That’s not a big deal. We could easily look it up and get the answer online. Their people skills also lacked and were awkward while showing the car, and in negotiations. They really seemed like they didn’t want to make a sale and made us feel unwelcome to coming back even. I’m really sorry and bewildered by the experience. We were looking forward to continuing our many year relationship with another purchase from Wittmeier.

Normally i get my car washed every time for service. I take it to ford dealer in Yuba city, due to school i cannot go there anymore so chico was my option. Staff very nice! I wish they washed my car too! Thats all.

Quick and easy, was immediately notified that the car was done. Only thing missing was a recalibration of my tire sensors but that was an easy fix!
They team at Wittmeir were kind and courteous. They vacuumed my car after they preformed the recal maintenance. My only complaint is that the inside of my car now smells like gasoline. Not sure why that is, but it is very strong. I drive with my windows rolled down. Hopefully I can get the smell to go away soo.

Went in for an oil change, was done within 30mins. Service writer was very nice. Unfortunately the lube tech lied about issues with my truck. Claimed that grease was leaking from my transfer case (which uses transmission fluid) and was being slung around under my truck. Got home, no evidence of any grease, just dirt (cant wipe up grease and leave dirt behind).First time ever paying for an oil change, and it seems like an expensive way to get lied to, but hey, its got oil in it.

2+ hours of waiting to simply turn in a lease. Called ahead, told I couldnt make an appointment. Let them know what time Id be there...apparently there is only one human at this place that knows how to do this. Ive watched other employees sit around, chat, play on their phones while I wait for this one person to help. Staff is not friendly. I love Hondas. Ive had 3. I will drive as far as is necessary to buy my next one SOMEWHERE ELSE.

A big thank you to CSR Jessica with the Honda team for taking the time to show me how to get connected up to my phone, and dial in all the electronic features. Also to the main man in finance, who managed to find me an insane deal on an extended warranty when I couldnt afford the cost of something that will cover and protect my car for the next 10 years!! Lied on a diagnostic for my wifes car. Lied about the numerous leaks in the air-conditioning system lied about the state of the serpentine belt tensioner. Couldnt even be bothered to fill the tires. Dont trust these thieves.
I had a few items needing to be taken care of and was told that it would be about 90 minutes. Okay, doesnt sound too out of the ordinary. Much to my surprise, I was called in under 60 minutes and got my car and was on my way. Thank you service crew!

Had to get a key made. Key they kade does not start my car all the time. I have to try it multiple times and sometimes am late because it took over 30 minutes to start the car. The key also does not pop the trunk. However they handled the recall on my car beautifully and installed my new battery. The actual mech work was great.

I’ve purchased two vehicles at Chico Wittmeier in the last ten years. They were the most trusted place to me. Always friendly staff, always excellent service. Then something changed. Suddenly the whole place changed staff and the vibe went downhill. The cars on the lot aren’t clean and the friendly atmosphere is gone... but those things I can forgive. Ok the end they’re not actually that important to me. What matters most is integrity and honesty. Those two things are unfortunately completely lacking. If the term “used car salesman” means anything to you, it aptly describes the folks running this place now. They blatantly tried to steal money from me by simply adding a line to the invoice stating something along the lines of “customer approved increase in price.” With my name on it. With a bogus time stamp as well. When I asked about it, they just said oops sorry don’t worry about it. There wasn’t even any kind of an excuse. Just “we tried to take more money but you caught us lol.” That’s shameless and disgusting.

I bought a used vehicle and they were not upfront with some of the options to finance and said it was in the interest of the dealer to do my loan the way they did it. They never gave me any other options and added in a security system that I outright denied. Ultimately it was in the documentation (my fault for not looking closer). They aren’t looking out for the consumer at any level. Jeff, the business manager, and person in charge of finance, pretty much said I’m screwed and it’s my fault. He might be right but doesn’t change the fact that they were the ones who screwed me. I’d try to find another dealer that is more honest (if they exist.)

My wife and I had made several trips to the Honda lot at Wittmeier. There was never any aggressive or annoying behavior on the part of the salesmen. They always left us alone at the appropriate times.The final trip was to purchase a 2020 Pilot Touring model. The price was competitive with no haggling necessary by either parties. The sale was seamless and Wittmeier never pressed for additional charges for anything.All in all it was not an unpleasant experience and I would certainly recommend them.Update: We just had the first tire rotation and oil change (included in sale). Service was quick with no up sell. The staff were courteous and answered all of my wifes questions. As with the purchase... no complaints. So far so good.
