New to the area. Just driven from Queens NY to Chico CA. They helped me ensure my car was still in great condition after such a long road trip. I am very appreciative of they assistance they provided me.

Considering how busy they were, I got in & out pretty quick.They let me make decisions about what & how much they did.

The woman with the nose piercing was nice, but the old man was rude over the phone and in person. He said he didn’t have time to do an oil change and transmission fluid fill, because he claimed they were too busy when they didn’t look busy at all. Also over the phone they had said they could help us, but it would take a while. Not going there again.

Fast and efficient. They had me out the door in 20 minutes. They washed my windows, checked my tire pressure and fluids while they were doing the oil change.

Experts in their field. This site has a very clean restroom with chairs inside and out. This was my first ever visit to an oil change establishment ( Ive always done my own) and was extremely pleased with my experience here. They changed the oil but also topped off all the fluids and vacuumed front and rear floor areas The service here was relatively quick - due to the nature of oil and the services offered there is an expected wait per vehicle - bring your pad, phone or a book. I really really recommend this place.

Jiffy Lube gets you in quickly. They spotted that I had a tail light out that I had no idea. They dont try to sell you services you dont need.

My go to place for an oil change. Usually pretty quick. 30-45 minutes. It all depends on how many people got there before you.Waiting room is great, TV/magazines/water/coffee.Service is always good.

Went in for an oil change my Oil was still low I understand that it has to drop to the new oil filter but it was so low on oil I literally put in 2 more bottles of engine oil I also got a transmission flush but the worst is I believe that they messed with my truck my A/C Sounded awful this is the second time first time was my yukon Now My Ram if you go back they will tell you your AC Belt or Something is Wrong the Second time just CONSUMER BEWARE IF IT FEELS OFF JUST DONT DO IT I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMENDED.

Went here last summer to get a quick oil change and have the cabin filter replaced before I made the two-day trip back to Houston. Once heading back, it seemed I was pulling only air from the outside even though I had the circulating button engaged. I made it back and took the truck to the Jiffy Lube near my house and they found this Chico Jiffy Lube totally messed up reassembling my air system once they put the new cabin filter in. Just be sure you go somewhere else when getting your cabin filter changed, or anything other than an oil change, at least at this location.

This was my Second and LAST time using these horrible people..I went in for a regular oil change,in my new Cadillac of 7 months, and I left with a two day leak of transmission fluid.. I went back for an explanation and only got the run around for excuses..Thank God for my family mechanic seeing they left my bolts all loosened, which could have caused me to have accident. DO NOT use these people if you care about your vehicle..

I was charged for an extremely high price oil change and received the cheaper product oil. I was so disappointed when I went to another place to receive oil change and was informed that I received a cheaper version of oil for my car! I am women but not stupid.

Great service and zero wait time on a Saturday morning. They were careful with my car and took extra time to get the tire pressure right. I highly recommend them.

I used to go to the one in Paradise until my house burnt down. Tried the one in Oroville which was okay but prefer the Chico one on Mangrove. Content with the consistent service.

Great service! Was fast and easy, they vacuum your car while they work on it and they offered lots of other services even though we only got the base oil change. We brought in a $5 coupon from online that they honored as well.When my wife and I were heading back to the car, they even opened the door for us! We will definitely be going back.

I had to get the air in my tires checked. I didnt have an appointment, but I only waited for 5 minutes and the check was done in 2. Best part was that it was at no charge! People there were friendly, but you know that theyre focused on getting you in and out and not wasting your time.

Great place to your oil changed! They are very thorough and inform you of several things such as fluid levels and various filters. They never pressure you into buying anything or give any attitude if you decline.They were great to their employees who were evacuated from their Paradise store as well by placing them in Chico locations to minimize their income losses.They went the extra mile for me and others like me who were evacuated during the Camp Fire. I had been a customer before but now they have a customer for life!I cant thank them enough for their kindness and support as well as great service they provide!

Wow. I am so impressed. I never leave reviews especially not for an oil change but this place had me in and out so fast. Everyone was extremely respectful, opening up doors, giving me constant updates, etc. Im very impressed with the quality of service and will definitely be back soon!

Had not one problem while here.

Left my car oil filter too tight! Was a good place but i already had 2 car problems there that cost me money. Not going there again. Maybe its just the workers that dont care bout there job. Would recommend if there was better service.

Not a bad Jiffy Lube location. The staff were more than friendly and got my oil change and filter replacement done very quickly.

Great experience. They didnt have my air filter in stock so they called an auto parts store and offered to pick it up and put it in. I will definitely come back here.

They do not tell you if you have an oil leak.

Waiting room sucks. They try to up sell lots of stuff here. wont use comprised air to blow off a perfectly fine air filter because they arent skilled enough to not damage it. I wont be back

Great work! In and out in 30mins during the busiest time of day, a little more expensive than walmart but walmarts wait times are always hours long. They also filled up my coolant for $4 extra and cleaned my windows and floors.

Refused to do an oil change on a Jaguar even though they have done them on this car before. we drove 38 miles and called ahead of time

In and out in 45 minutes, i was behind 1 car checked in at 8:00am on 8/17/2020.

A little expensive and they need to work on foreign cars when it comes to transmission fluid flushes. I drive an Audi. I love my car. But 150$ for an oil change is a little over priced. And they dont do transmission fluid flushes on Audis. I think they should. If they do Mercedes BMWs and Acuras they should do Audis

I trust them. Fast professional service. They always explain everything in process and do not talk down to you as a female. I drive a hybrid car and it is vital I change my fluids regularly. They are my go to place. They keep your history on file to let you know what was done last. It takes the worry out of your car.
