Nick and Jeremy were great!! Called the shop spoke with Nick told him the type of battery I needed and he told me had one in stock that would fit. Got over to Chico, Nick and Jeremy treated me great, had the battery ready and fully charged. Nick took the battery to my car while Jeremy rang it up. Thanks guys you work well as a team and great customer service!!!

Really nice people. Replaced my battery and one of the connectors. And my car was still acting weird and cutting out. They took a look at everything and had me try a few tricks. Works great. 3 random people recommend their batteries because they are good and they last.

I’ve done business there for years, not fancy but the people know their business and they are honest, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a battery go bad in one year and they replaced it and said “so long “ no weasel words, no deductible, just replaced.

The shop and showroom were very clean. Due to the weather (cold/rain) we were able to drive right in. The car battery was in stock and the service guys had it replaced in less than 10 minutes. Great warranty too. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Found out they even have replacement batteries for my DeWalt cordless at a good price. I will definitely be back-highly recommend! The guy who helped me was hilarious and very friendly. Gave me a discount because of my situation and had the batter replaced within 20 minutes. He even cleaned up around the battery and coated a greasy thing on the battery so it wont corrode as bad down the road. 5/5

Very friendley and helpful, I bought an interstate battery when I was visiting my aunt in so. Cal. A little over a year ago. Started having problems and it would be dead after sitting over night. Took it in they told me it just showed it needed charged. They said to try and charge it over night and come back if it still wasnt working. Charge didnt work and went in the next day and they replaced without a problem. They were very nice, would definatley recommend.

The people at interstate battery will go the extra mile to make you a happy customer. we had two battery in our rv that werent working, so we took one in. The interstate team checked it out and charged over night for us. They told us after we got the first battery put in and running, to bring the rv down and they would take the rv house battery out and do the same. They did all this for no charge.... I wont buy a battery anywhere else from now on

Went in to warrenty a battery less than 2 years old and defective would exchange +$70 without receipt. Came back with receipt and said battery was ok? Shady deal, went somewhere else for a full free exchange!!

Im not too familiar with purchasing batteries here but they do give you $0.25 a pound on recycled batteries and theyre generally nice people

Didnt tell me about the lower priced batteries until the higher priced battery was installed

Never buy an Interstate battery, if purchase at Costco your screwed....broke down, sorry you bought it at Costco
