Ben is great! He is professional and his prices beat 3 other window repair companies by a landslide.Prices get you customers inbthe door and quality and service keep that customer. He has us customers now.I called everywhere to replace my front passenger door window that got shattered on our move from out of state. His prices was under $200 compared to others. One place ask $325 when he gave us $189 out the door.That got me to say yes and Ofcourse the Google reviews as well. Its hard to find honest quality car work.My husband took our car to get fix and he ask Ben if he recommended any tinting place and he gave him a place. Well they must be good because they are booked out to October.And because of his competitive prices we took our car back to him that same week to replace our windshield that had lots of starbursts and some cracks.Both jobs were done less than 45mins.Thanks again Ben for your assistance and for a positive first experience with Chico businesses.

Threatened to cancel my appointment because I asked for a discount for him rescheduling . I had to make special plans to have the vehicle available for repair, just ask for a break on deductible, called me to cancel an hour before the appointment. Whoever I was talking to was a total jerk. Probably do good work from the reviews but I didn’t give them the chance.

Just took my van there to get the window replaced after some dimwit put two bullets in it. Random Chico vandalizism at its finest. Have had my wind shield replaced here 2 different times. These guys always do a good job, and quickly, and are the most affordable place to get auto glass done in the whole butte/plumas county area that I am aware of. There work is also guaranteed which is very cool, unlike some other places nearby. Nice folks too, couldnt be happier with this business.

I cracked the windshield on my car after calling 10 glass places this was the only place that I was able to speak with the guy doing the install he had the best price best attitude and ordered and installed my winshield faster than I thought possible!!! I called around and he was 50 to 125$ cheaper than anyone in town. Dont wast time just go here. Deb
