I took my truck to Fix Auto for a full body paint job. I had scratches up and down both sides of the truck from brush. My truck is dark blue, but came out purple for some reason. After I shared my concerns with the manager, Garrett, Fix Auto completely re-painted my entire truck...and it came out perfect! Both times the QUALITY of the paint job was outstanding. It looks better than the factory paint did. I cannot say enough positive things about the crew at Fix Auto. I would happily take my truck back to them should the need arise. Great job!

The people here are very friendly and helpful. My wife had a needed repair to her Mitsubishi Outlander which required hard to find OEM parts. They got the parts and fixed everything just like new. Beautiful repair with the greatest of care. The shop quickly responded to USAA and had the estimate approved, scheduled the work immediately and then repaired my truck to look brand new again. I received text alerts every day on progress and phone calls from the owner to keep me updated. If you need a ride theyll give you one. They washed my vehicle inside and out! This is one happy customer, and more importantly, one happy husband.

I had some dents and scratches on the hood of my car so I took it here to be fixed. Everyone was really nice and my car was done earlier than they told me. When I brought my car in it was covered in sap and dirt and bugs (sorry to whoever had to deal with that mess) and they cleaned it inside and out. It was sparkling! The sap was pretty dried on there so I imagine it took some extra effort. Thank you so much for that!! No real issues with Chico Collision Center...would recommend.

My husband was directed to this business after he was rear ended. He went to get an estimate, and was treated very rudely. The woman at the front desk asked if he was even going to get the work done! My husband is disabled, he wouldnt go through the hassle of getting an estimate if we werent going to get the work done. They wouldnt even look at our bumper! Down the road, at Miracle Auto Body, they were quick, courteous, and MUCH better!

In less then 24 hours they replaced my automatic window opener for a very reasonable price AND washed/vacuumed my car! They are friendly and efficient. They have done work for us 3 different times and each time we are reminded that when necessary we will return.

Chico Collision Center went above and beyond what we had asked for without charging us extra. Besides just replacing the bumper, they cleaned the car inside and out, fixed the rubber seal around the door and tacked up the headliner that was drooping. Staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Great Job!

I called Chico Collision for repair on one of my work vans. They were able to get me in fast, and I couldnt be more happy with the workmanship and the way my van was repaired. I was impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone was and I would recommend Chico Collision to anyone.

We have taken our vehicle to Fix Auto Chico twice now and both times have been less than phenomenal. The first time was for a bumper replacement, and while their quality of work was acceptable, they were exceedingly late on their time estimate and well over their monetary estimate. They wrote down our contact info wrong and failed to keep us informed on the status of the car and when it was ready, not to mention an attempt to collect holding fees for the vehicle. This being a nuisance and not a real issue, we brought the car back when we were hit a second time. This time was the culmination of everything bad of the prior experience made worse. We ensured they had our correct contact information and handed the car off for repairs. To their credit, they repaired the vehicle in the time they estimated and at budget. We received the car back and found they had left paint transfer on the vehicle. Due to this being a sub-par repair job, we brought the vehicle back. Without issue, they took the paint transfer off, but had damaged our tail light in the process (and failed to fix it). We, at this point, are exceedingly frustrated at their lack of professional quality. We take it back a third time to discuss the light. The gentleman was fairly understanding and said he would have to order another light and will give us a call within a week to have us bring the car back in to replace it. It is at this point that Fix Auto has fully lost our business. We will not be bringing our vehicles back to them. The reason for this review, however, is that when we called more than a week later to get an update on the light, we find that this gentleman has not communicated with anybody about the status of our vehicle, he (as far as we currently know) has not ordered the light. I am appalled at the waste of time they have bestowed upon us, and I hope that this review can help others avoid our troubles and Fix Auto to fix themselves.

Extremely helpful/caring staff and great work! They fixed a big dent on the side of my car and now it looks amazing- just like new! They also did some extra work on a problem Id been having with my windows and only charged me for half of the labor time. They also send text updates throughout the whole process so youre in the loop. AND, in about a month or so they will wax and polish my new paint, free of charge. Overall, this was a great experience and I recommend using this company if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing car repair.

A few months back i got into a wreck and my truck looked unfixable. Then i had it towed to Chico Collision Center because my insurance highly recommended them. They were helpful and kept me posted on the status of my truck. They were finished with the truck on the day they said it would be done and i have to say it looked better than when i bought it. They had to paint just about the whole thing and the suspension they put on it had a nicer ride than before the accident. I highly recommend this shop. I hope i dont have to but if i do i will return.

When I accidentally dented one of my rocker panels, my insurance company recommended I go to Chico Collision Center for the repairs. This was the first time I actually had to have body work done to a vehicle, so I didnt really know what to expect. I was mostly worried about them being able to match this dyno blue color that has a metal flaked pearl finish thats on the newer Civic Si models. Im extremely happy I took the advice of my insurance agent because Chico Collision Center did a phenomenal job and their painter, who Im told has over 10 years of experience, matched and blended the colors perfectly.Recently, my car was backed into which caused a decent amount of damage to my front end. I called CCC right after the accident and they had me come straight down and get a quote for my insurance agent. Kim Addington, the shop foreman and Sharon Stephenson, the office manager really helped me with faxing all the proper paperwork to each insurance company, as well as keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs. I have to throw out a big THANK YOU to all the shop employees that made my car look even better then it did before the accident. Mr. Addington had all my new parts ordered, repainted, reassembled and back to me in just ONE week. This is why I would highly recommend going to Chico Collision Center for all of your automotive repair needs. Once again, thank you so much for all your help and hard work Chico Collision employees!
