Lets get the negative cleared up here first. Took my bike in for a front tire, everything went fine and I was happy with the price. I left and come to find out down the road when I stopped for food that my front brake caliper bolts were not tightened properly, if at all. In fact, one was missing. Needless to say, I was pretty upset about it.On the lighter side, one of their techs, Larry I believe, was prompt in coming to where I was at and remediating the problem and brought a brand new bolt. I cant say thank you enough for that!

Very helpful and friendly staff when it came to finding what I was looking for. Affordable finance options. Was torn between 5 seater Honda ranger and a quad. Am going to go with quad because the monthly finance price was actually really good for a quality atv.

Called to inquire about a dirtbike for my daughter. I own numerous dirt and street so I knew about what I was looking for to make my purchase simple. When I called parts counter answered and said Id have to have salesman call back. Ok no big deal. 2 days later I received a call and the salesman instantly said he only had 1 honda left and he would give me a deal. $3450 plus tax. Then once I asked a few questions on transmission type and physical size of this model to match the rider he got an attitude and said I should just look it up online. If I was going to do that ill buy online vs local. Then started to pressure with sales tactics on how he has someone else interested in this bike if I dont want to buy it that he doesnt have time for games.. no commision for you buddy and never purchase or refer to your shop again.. Great salesman. Should treat your customers with patience beings they will possibly come back. In any case bike is ordered online and paid $2870 with freight. This shop is rude, impatient and a rip off price gouging.

What a great experience I had at this dealership! Even though I was just killing time while on vacation from Washington, the friendly, multi-tasking sales person Joseph Mares was very attentive. He almost twisted my arm to take a DVT Wing for a test ride, so I did. Seemed like a clean, well sorted business even though in a smaller location, several other customers were being served and they all seemed to be happy to be doing business there. Love to see these types of motorsports business still survive.

I can honestly say that overall I am happy with my experience at Chico Honda. At first some of the communication was lacking, but I felt like I was in good hands towards the end. The sales guy Joseph was very positive and helpful. Gabe worked with me a bit on the price, and I received a great new ride. They have an awesome apparel selection and I will continue to support my local shop.

My wife and I visited Northstate Powersports recently. Our sales person was Joe Mares. Joe was very knowledgeable about all the equipment. I really appreciated the way he handled every customer in a fair and timely manner. He also made us feel comfortable throughout the purchasing paperwork. Joe was fast, effecient and detailed. His goal was not to upsale or unload the most expensive item. He questioned each person and was able to point them in the direction towards a more suited Item based on their needs. Brick n mortar stores often have to charge a bit more than, say, Amazon, but these guys have won me over. They have been great every time Ive gone in, and the guy in the back is very willing to answer questions and help you fix things / mod your bike. Easily willing to shell out a couple more bucks for the quality service.

They got tired for my Suzuki and took good care of me. Great service at the parts counter. Matt did a great job. Jordan was great on the phone.

These guys are pretty cool, I went To a few other places before I went here looking for helmets, Kneepads, elbow pads etc for my kids. Every other place didn’t spend the time to help find the right size for them. When I came here they really took the time to measure for everything and find the right sizes, they had everything in stock and they even threw in a few extra items for free.

I went in to Chico Honda to browse around and look at the different options for bikes a couple weeks ago. Everyone in the shop greeted me politely and asked if there was anything they could help me with. The shop looks completely different (much improved) then it did a couple years ago and now has a suspension specialty department. I highly recommend Chico Honda Motorsports if you are looking for an ATV, motorcycle, need accessories or repairs.

Chico Honda Motorsports is great! Gabe Eggen runs a first class operation and truly cares for his customers. Weve purchased 3 Big Reds and a Foreman and couldnt be more pleased with the products...but the dealer makes the difference. Being able to have such a great dealership so close to home. If we call and make an appointment, we can get most anything in and out the same day. Gabe even found us an AquaTrax and travelled out of town to get it. Cant find service like that these days.Help support this home town boy!!!

Ive been inside about 6 times or so. When it came to parts for my Honda cbr929rr, I shopped almost exclusively online. I realize that they cant ALWAYS beat online prices, but i appreciate them trying.As for the service - its outstanding. The parts department goes out of their way to figure out what you need. They are always very friendly. Hopefully theyll have anther BBQ/sale, as I missed the last one.I still look online for prices, but for a few bucks more, I prefer this place.

Bought a Goldwing Valkyrie from Chico Honda Motorsports and had it shipped to Medford, OR. Unfortunately the shipper did not secure the motorcycle properly and it was damaged during transit. Cosmetic damage to the muffler, crash bar, and a lower engine cover. I want to thank Gabriel Eggen, the store owner, and especially Wyatt Price, the store manager, for coordinating with the shippers insurance agent and Medford Honda to get the parts ordered and installed. Wyatt kept me updated throughout the process as parts were back ordered, etc. Big thanks!!!

I needed a very specific OEM O-ring for my bike on a trackday in April, the parts guy really went out of his way to dig out all the O-rings he had and found one which just about fit. I cannot thank him since he saved my trackday.

I went to there servace department to get an item rebuiltwas out riding and the item failed and destroyed the item(item had less than 8hrs riding time)came back and they said that they would warrenty it2 weeks later i get a call saying that they would not warrenty itso now im SOL a good chunk of changeif you need to get a honda bike worked on go to some other bike shop in the areatheres other shops that know what they are doingi would never recomend them to any one unless they felt like getting bent over hard
