Product is great. Return policy of the unused paint the associate recommended is absurd. 25% restocking fee and only 14 day window. Buy less than you think you need. $100+ Can of paint just sitting in my closet due to their overselling.

This was the first experience at Farrow & Ball for my girlfriend and I, and Charles was great at honing in our varied ideas into something....cohesive and tangible within the context of our new apartment. He has a wealth of knowledge about how paint will play with light and other aspects of the room (flooring, furniture and decor). Im sure this high-end store gets a fair share of demanding, entitled clientele (which my girlfriend and I are NOT) but Charles was great at explaining everything and giving us ideas and options. Despite the high price of the product, I will return for his help again for future paint projects.

This store has absolutely wonderful customer service. Ive been working with the company and I live out of state. Megan is absolutely the best customer service representative I have worked with and she has very sharp taste. I look forward to working with them more in the future.

The pass scanners dont always work and the customer service takes a long time to respond when waiting at the gate, causing long lines.
