The best UPS store I’ve been too in terms of staff, friendliness and proactivity. It’s further from my home than other UPS stores, but I’d drive specifically here.

The staff is always courteous, helpful and friendly. I do all kinds of things here and they can always help me out. It has a real neighbourhood feel because of this grate people who work here.

First time visiting this UPS store, Donovan was able to help me out with my service even though it was my first time visiting a UPS store I will go back again when he is there. He was very polite and helpful.

Honestly the people that work here make me appreciate living in the neighborhood more than I already do. They are kind, patient, hilarious and most of them are creatives and I love checking in with them when I am making my returns. Super friendly individuals make the in store experience enjoyable.

One of the least organized stores who will nickle and dime you for everything unlike other UPS stores. This location is unfriendly and run poorly. Sadly its the only option that is convenient..do better

I’ve been in here a few times for printing jobs and the same two guys have always been there, always super nice and helpful. And I noticed their kind engaging interactions with the other customers in and out. Just a really friendly, comfortable vibe. I wish I had more reasons to come in and utilize this store, haha

Went to drop off an overnight envelope at 6:55pm and the store was dark and closed already.Update: I pulled on the door at 6:55 and it was locked. I could see the back area was dark with a white gate down and two employees made eye contact with me. If I could give you less stars, I would. Terrible response from an owner and I will not change my review. Perhaps you should change your hours to reflect the time you will be locking the door and denying customers.

I have had a business mailbox here for years. The staff is always incredibly kind and everyone goes above and beyond, fixing things when I mess them up (such as putting inadequate postage on dozens of holiday gifts and then leaving town; they resent them and waited to charge me when I got back) or when something else goes awry. I’m happy to have gotten to know them all and appreciate their smiles and hard work!

I recently shipped a few boxes from this location. Quick and accurate handling. I am not sure what some of the people here are complaining about. The employees were nice. It’s just one of the better UPS stores - yes it’s not the cheapest option to ship maybe, but I suppose that’s determined by UPS and not to do with the stores.

Absolutely amazing service from Zorana. Whilst I am in London she, in Chicago managed to locate my items and redirect them to the correct location within the US. Despite the time difference and the numerous calls she remained the most professional and warming person ever. An asset to the store and UPS.

I do my printing here, and I have always found the staff to be nice and helpful. There was one time where I accidentally sent the wrong document to be printed, and then I had to go home and send them the correct document, and they waived the printing fee for the second set (apart from the per-page charge) even though it was my mistake. Things like that really make a difference, and help to create customer loyalty.

I have only used them for dropping off pre-labeled packages or having packages priced, labeled, and sent. Their hours are convenient enough. I havent asked them to do anything very challenging, and theyve performed as I would expect, with neutral to friendly service. (I am basing my review and rating on the location, not on UPS overall. For example, Im not evaluating them on price because I assume it is standard across UPS stores.)

Ive been going here recently to drop off my UPS and postal packages. This is a simple and no nonsense UPS store. People are nice and do their job quickly and efficiently. Honestly, I felt I should leave a positive review because they dont deserve to have such a low rating here, when the opposite is true. Maybe there was a change in ownership/management since the bad experiences but I had nothing remotely negative to say about this place.

This place is the WORST! I went in to mail an over sized package and the rude girl at the shop was going to charge 85 dollars to put two boxes together because of labor. She got combative when I said it was way over priced. I found this awesome place up the street that does ups, FedEx and postal service a block away. They charged 25 for the box and were extremely friendly. I will never return to this place.

Came in to check my UPS box like I do every couple months and found out they closed it and already rented it out without notifying me, no phone calls no emails NOTHING!!! The last email I received from them was in November 2018. The two guys behind the counter were like “sorry nothing we can do, I’m sure Milo or Lauren called”, I told them NOBODY has called me, not ONE call. Even showed them my gmail when the last time I’ve gotten emails from the store. I even still have the 24 hour access key and mailbox key! This has been VERY unprofessional and inconvenient.UPDATE: Nope NOT deleting!

They’re always helpful and friendly-a professional, welcoming staff that goes the extra mile. I routinely come here for shipping and printing services and feel lucky they’re right here in the neighborhood.

Ive gone in this store several times and have gotten nothing but attentive and speedy service. Their staff is very nice, down to earth, and a LONG shot from the type of staff you see at other UPS stores. Prices could be a little better, but theyre not going to break your wallet.

They sold me one box for $9, and asked $3.89 for printing my prepaid label. I left and go to fedex. They were helpful though. This is way overpriced . That box costed me 0.40 cents . If u sell something on eBay or amazon take ur business somewhere else. No wonder, things from China taking over US market

This place used to have some serious issues. In the last year theyve found great considerate employees, who are fast and knowledgeable. (I did drop it a star because I JUST called and asked if the notary is there and five minutes later after I arrived he left early for the day).*Update*This place keeps getting better and better. The staff they have now 2018/2019 is the best anywhere.Over the years this store has gone from one star to five 🌟s. Thanks guys.

Ive been using this store since the 90s- its convienient-the employees for the most part were always nice and did the job, and only had one mailing issue. After this weeks visit I think its time for the owner to just call it a day. The store itself is a mess and the employees obviously dont want to be there- theres no effort in it.

Not the usual UPS experience. Very arrogant staff. Not helpful, and unprofessional.

Went in to have a form notarized and got attitude when I asked for the service. Was told by Milos Todorovic that he wasnt supposed to complete since I had already signed form, but did it anyway and then proceeded to charge me $5 extra for his trouble in doing something he wasnt supposed to and called it a prep fee. When I inquired he told me, I just want to get mad at everything, I replied I wasnt mad at everything, just him charging me a fake fee. Avoid this location at all costs. Other UPS stores charge $1 for notary, not $6. Terrible!!!

Have been calling for hours during their office hours to try and get feedback/clarification on a package I sent with tracking. No one has been picking up the phone despite numerous attempts. Concerned with their lack of availability, no voicemail, no alternative way of contacting them. I might have to drive to the store (no other UPS store can help due to their rules since it was a package sent from their store). Im not sure why I paid extra for tracking if I dont even get an email notification that the package was delivered such as Amazon does.

Dropped off an over night box, they did not tell me they did not have pickup for two days! CRAZY! I will never use this UPS store again, completely unacceptable! The women I dropped it off with and who I called asking where it was, needs a BIG course in basic customer service.

I had a very disappointing encounter with a blonde female employee (or manager, I’m not sure). She was extremely rude and dismissive, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere because of their ridiculously high prices and her attitude.

The Ukrainian dude seems shifty. Asked about services for USPS and at first he said they dont accept them, but a little later changed his mind. Pricing is strange too. Dont trust them.

Very friendly people, but I have to be honest, I have visited this place at least once a week it is either a hit or miss sometimes they are quick to greet you and help you, other times they are more fixated on their cellphone device and wont say anything to you till they finish sending a text or tweet.

Very poor service and inflated prices! The owner Milos runs a slum UPS Store that certainly doesnt represent UPS Store or the Andersonville community well. Stay away!!!

Im not so sure what other reviews here are talking about as I was always treated with utmost respect and courtesy at this place. I suppose white privilege must be at the all time high in Andersonville.

They have no UPS Ground envelopes to use and they cannot mail from a UPS Account even if it’s yours or for a law firm. Prob will not be using this UPS

Store is NOT open on Sundays - the hours listed are incorrect. Dont make the mistake of walking a half mile with four boxes on a Sunday afternoon like I did :(

3.20$ for printing shipping label when its usually 1-2$. I asked the guy how much would it cost to print a shipping label he told me 1.20$ when I was going to swipe my card the price was 3.20$. Asked him why the price was different he told me because of printing fee. Shouldve told me in the beginning that price 3.20$ instead of 1.20$.

They DO NOT offer Notary Public services, despite advertising that they do.
