My wife and I got married on May 29th, 2021. Its amazing how many little things you forget to do within the final month before your wedding, and a lot of those things called upon printing services (wedding shower invitations, church programs, name plates for tables at the reception, inserts for hotel guest gift bags...). I spent a lot of time going back and forth to FedEx Office down the stretch.Every visit I made to this location, I worked directly with an employee named John - he didnt share his last name. I am so grateful for all of his help because he made every trip painless and all during a time of great anxiety for my wife and I. We were working up against tight deadlines and in most cases John was able to follow through on every request the same day I visited (although I dont recommend anyone leave any projects to the last minute like we did). Every order turned out in terrific condition, he personally cut each piece to size, he made sure we got the best discounts available - We may have elected not to have church programs if it wasnt for Johns help in that final week.Im incredibly grateful for his services and will be returning to this location for future printing and packaging needs so long as John is an employee. Hes truly an excellent representative for FedEx Office and has incredible people skills and customer service strengths. Bravo on a job well done and thank you! I only selfishly hope this post doesnt get him promoted so we can continue calling upon him for help down the road :)~Bryan

I have only been to this location on a handful of occastions but have always had postive experiences. Today I entered and was greeted with a big hello and welcome. I only had a package to drop off, but you never know how long it may take depending on how busy it is. My trip in there was quicker than I had expected! The woman who helped me was very friendly and got my package rung up with a receipt so quickly, I was out and done there before I knew it!

Kind of a weird review, so brace yourself. my laptop went missing after it was shipped from this store. it was never scanned in. tracing couldn’t find it. I found that it had been accessed a week later via Microsoft. in a round about, Jovan with Fedex helped me greatly and followed up consistently. the computer manufacturer ultimately replaced (or fedex paid them for it, who knows). for a month life was uncertain but it all worked out. would I recommend fedex? Eh. would I recommend Jovan, yes. promote him.

Its important to note my first experience at this location was in 2016 and I hadnt been back due to the way I was treated by staff. Fast track to today, I had a single page document I needed printed urgently and needed some help. The employee for printing was rude to me before I could even step up to the counter or utter a single word to him. I was greeted with a snotty hold on a minute okay? with his finger up in the air at me As though Id said something nasty or rudely demanded something from him. That was beyond unprofessional, unnecessary, and just not okay. When he came back I explained I needed help with printing. He literally refused to help me. Instead he handed me a card and directed me to the machines that I had just finished explaining I was unable to use and why, hence needing his all holy assistance. In other words, he didnt listen to the customer. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what. I normally will not step foot back into a business where Ive had this sort of experience. 5 years later and its worse. I will never be back. I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally at any FedEx. But you know what? I went to their competitor in the very same parking lot and paid them 20x what I would have paid at FedEx. Its not just the product or service that grabs and retains customers. I will never step foot into another FedEx. I will never use any of their services. It only takes one bad apple and his nonsense ensured FedEx will never see a penny put of my pocket ever again.

Ill choose this FedEx Kinkos over owning a printer any day!The friendly staff, how easy it is to ship quickly, quick self serve printing with the cloud/retrieval code, and the staff assistance when I dont know how use the self serve copy machine has raised my standards for other FedEx Kinkos.Im grateful, and I am there every other day!

DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DAY RUINED. I walked in and saw 2 cute puppies and thought this person might actually be friendly. I was WRONG. The man was rude and forget customer service..He asked me to pay $3 to print the Pre-paid shipping label from my email and all I said was, oh, I didnt know it was going to be $3 for you to stick a pre-paid label.and he said, You dont have to get it. Actually, you are welcome to leave.I had my credit card out ready to swipe, and I said, No, its fine I was just not expecting it.He TORE THE ALREADY PRINTED LABEL and said YOU CAN LEAVE. I DONT HAVE TO SERVE YOU.I had walked 30 mins to get there because that was the nearest fedex location to me.I will never go there again. And I would recommend you to also not visit unless you plan to ruin your day and wonder why certain humans are that way.

Very disappointed with this service location. Please dont go there. The item in my package got stolen. And they refuse to pay my insurance claim on the package. Nobody at FedEx is willing to help or investigate properly. Its like they dont even care. The item in the package cost me thousands of dollars. And not a single sole is willing to help me out. Thieves.

Starting out initially, my experience was great. The assistant manager was helpful. I logged into the workstation and printed off whatever I wanted to print. However, the scanning machine was broken and it took me over 15 minutes to get help. Some of the employees stood by idly even when I asked foe help multiple times(3 in total). I wasted my valuable time here and I was not happy. Staff needs customer service training.

PLEASE READ. I have been a patron of this location for well over 20 years. I think it even used to be called Kinko’s. Anyway, I’ve always had very lackluster experience. Today, I came in very puzzled with how to handle my envelopes and custom mail /cards and I worked with a gentleman by the name of Jovan.Wow...talk about intelligent, kind, patient and in general great guy. I have redirected friends and family away from this location for years. Jovan just put this Fed Ex location back on the map for me. He is a leading example of what I’d want for my business. FedEx should be honored to finally have a team player that can change someone’s mind like mine whom is set in their ways. Thank you Jovan for a great experience.

I went to the office to send an urgent express envelope. The overweight lady asked about our transaction, and we said that we wanted to send the document to Mont Prospect IL by express. The first reply she gave us is We cannot guarantee delivery Nobody can guarantee anything in the world. We know that. But like someone coming out and saying this without asking anyone, like telling me go away, Im very tired today. So I left without sending anything and went to UPS. I have sent it many times before, even before express, the cargoes were delivered the next day. I dont understand why he said that today. Training is a must, FedEx never again.

Says it’s open until 6 PM online and via phone. Showed up at 5 on a Saturday and doors were locked. Three other customers were outside, confused as well. Someone nearby said they’d been closed since 4. Don’t waste your time. This was the third Fedex we’ve visited today. There’s a UPS across the parking lot.

After walking nearly a mile with the packages I needed to mail via FedEx, I showed up to the store at 11 AM on a Monday (they advertise as being open 8 AM to 8 PM on Mondays, even during the pandemic) and, despite the fact that the Open sign was lit up and the lights were on, the door was locked and I couldnt see any employees in the store. I called to see if anyone was in the back or something, but nobody picked up. In all, it was a super weird and negative experience.On the bright side, I learned that the Walgreens a bit further north on Clark accepts FedEx drop-offs, so I went there instead and had a great experience.

When I arrive to pick it up I was greeted by a friendly staff member and re-directed to the right location. The whole pick up process was smooth and fast! HiI advise no one should go to this location the customer service was really bad . I try to send a package back. I didnt have the return lable on my phone. So i went home to get a better label for them i came back they would ever try to help me i was in there bout 2hr no help. I finally left. I went back to walgreen where i start from and gave him my phone and he sent it out within 5 min. OMG. I FILL LIKE I WAS NOT NOTICE. THEY TREATED ME SO RUED!!!!.PLEASE TALK TO THEM OVERTHERE. Had my credit card details stolen shortly after handing it to an employee here. Coincidence? Think not, nobody else had my card in their hands in weeks. Whatever youre paying Chris its not enough. This man had the business savy and foresight to earn a customer for life as long as he works at this store. Everything else created a stressful environment. I highly recommend you put him in a place of management if hes not already so he can train future employees or change store protocol because he understands customers.

Just rude people with bad attitudes. I asked for help with printing and cutting for my sisters wedding and the man in the self service area told me “Well I can show you how but then you’re on your own. Not our fault if you mess it up.” I told him I’d rather place an order to have them take care of it and he said, “Well I don’t do that over here,” as if I was such an idiot to make the statement. I said that I asked the counter where to do printing and cutting, and that they sent me to him, and he said, “I didn’t tell you to come here.” Just such an attitude that I 100% did not deserve. The only reason there’s two stars is that the woman at the actual printing desk was nice-ish. Respectful-adjacent. Will never bring business back here.

Awful service. I went in with a question about a package that was being delivered to me and the staff told me to call FedExs 1-800 number. They didnt do anything to try to answer my question. There happened to be a truck driver dropping off packages at that time, he was far more helpful than the staff at this location.

DO NOT GO! BAD EMPLOYEES ! one star is actually a generous review. I had a Masters thesis due in 2 hours and needed to print out 4 copies. constantly stated this is urgent and the employee i did not listen but instead said i should have planned ahead, the manager heard all the conversation and they simply stated they had other jobs and cannot print my 4 pages urgently!!! stayed there for about 20 minutes for 4 papers, had to try 2 methods of printing and both methods were not explained tome regarding the number of papers to copy and so this resulted in more delay . the employees have bad attitudes, the employee stated that i do not need to be snappy !.and were overall rude. They need to learn some customer service, this is the reason they are at the store or else it would be a self service store only

I’m not usually one to post reviews of places especially if they’re negative. But this three star rating is me being generous because I’ve had good experiences there in the past. I entered on the morning of February 5 in need of printing a headshot for my upcoming audition. I have never had a problem with this before, and I hope to never have a problem with it like this again. I walked in and one of the employees greeted me, then without listening to my needs try to direct me to a printer that could not print photos despite my protests that the photo was the exact thing I needed. I was then quoted a two hour wait time purely out of spite. How do I know it was out of spite? Because I went to go get breakfast, and returned about 30 minutes later out of curiosity to find the employees entirely free. I then proceed to forward them my print job, and the employee in question was extremely unhelpful. I gave her a photo with 1080p resolution and he came out printed looking like it was from an N64 game. I was aghast and asked what happened to the resolution of the photo. She said, “This is just how it printed,” and charged me. I know for a fact that it could’ve been printed with better resolution because I have used this exact same FedEx multiple times over with no problems (hence the three-star rating). Maybe it was just a case of the Mondays, or maybe I was lucky enough to have never dealt with this employee before and she has been consistently inept since her employment. Regardless I would not recommend anyone ask Donzetta to do anything if she isn’t in the mood or you will be as dissatisfied as I was.

I have (almost) always found the staff at FedEx Office to be incredibly helpful with whatever project I walk in the door with. As a student with a busy schedule, I sometimes need to print late at night, and the 24 hour locations make this possible. I went to this FedEx Office late on a Tuesday night to print a last-minute project: 4 color flyers on 8.5 by 11 glossy paper. It was so simple, I could have done it at home if Id had the right paper. I walked into an empty store and was greeted by the lone employee. After explaining my project, she informed me I would need to use the self-service kiosk. I asked if I could print on glossy paper with the kiosk, and she told me no, Id need to submit an order to do that. I reiterated that it was a very simple print project and that Ive always been helped at the counter with projects of this nature. She responded by saying, I have a lot of work to do. She was unwilling to help me, a customer who came INTO the store because she was so busy. It would have taken a maximum of 10 minutes. Nevertheless, I went to use the kiosk. While it was the wrong paper type, I was able to print two of the four pages. The other two, however, I could not, as the kiosk does not provide scaling options. Overall it was a complete waste of time. If I had wanted to print on flimsy, plain paper, I would have stayed home and used my own printer. If the staff is unwilling or unavailable help, what is the point of being open 24 hours, or being open at all?

I read all the reviews and was worried. I needed to print something off my jump drive and only needed about 10 copies so I had to go here because it was last minute. I walked in and the man greeted me and then asked me what I needed. He gave me a quick rundown of the printer and even followed up with me while he was working with other customers. Once I was done he asked if I needed a bag or if I needed anything else. I was relieved that everything went okay. I wish I would have had time to get his name so I could give him a great review directly to fedex.

Its always quite busy in here and often a bit hard to get someone to help you. Ive used the scanners before which are self service with a credit card and quite cheap.Ive printed a lot of pictures with my jump drive, their actual photo machine is quite slow but I have printed and framed a few black and white photos on 8.5x11 paper off the scanner for about .10 a piece and they look great!!They also have fancy paper for printing resumes, but that requires trying to get someone to help you.

Yesterday, I had to make some copies and print out some paper from the computers. The person in charge treated us like we were 6-year-old children or mentally retarded. I understand that it might be exasperating to explain over and over the same thing every time a new customer try to print, but I find difficult to justify this behavior given the level of prices. Something I did not like was that he grabbed my arm to show me that the printer worked. Not cool.

Okay, I first and foremost admit that I read the reviews before I had gone to this location, and I thought they were a bit unfair, but was surprised to find that that were really on point. This location is great, but the service is not up to par. It felt a bit more like visiting a state office with the lack of any customer service. I gave it two stars, as the only redeeming quality is the location. However, the lack of genuine customer service, or willingness to give any leaves me to give only 2 stars.

When it was my turn at the counter, I started to tell the agent what I wanted to do (box up a laptop and a desktop for shipping). Instead of listening to me, she carried on a conversation -- VERY loudly - with the other agent who had apparently been dealing with an unsatisfied customer. As a result of the agents inattention to my request, she couldnt tell if she had printed two shipping labels ... It was pretty stressful, frankly, because her accuracy would determine if I got a refund on these machines. I wont be going back to this location.

When I walked in, both employees were busy so I waited for a bit. I just wanted to print an email from my phone, and I was going to ask the best way to do that. When the man I was waiting behind was finished, Ray, the employee, asked what I needed and before I even finished speaking he interrupted to say their email service was down due to updates. He pointed at the self service machines and said I could use those. I told him fine but needed to know what kind of documents could be printed and he said I dont know and stared at me like I was bothering him. I ended up taking a screenshot of my emails and sending the screenshots of attachments, and that worked. So on my way out I told Ray that that had worked for me (since he didnt have any suggestions for what I should do at first, I figured he could offer this to another customer) but he was so rude and said just because it worked for me it wouldnt work for anyone else necessarily. Whatever.

This is extremely difficult review to post. I have had nothing but professional, helpful, caring, service from this FedEx Kinkos but tonight was 100% different. I encountered two staff members that were not only unwilling to assist but refused to. The photo and resume that I needed to be put back-to-back and not informed cost the $15 extra not including the prints. Unfortunately I needed two things formatted. This is brand-new since I have been to this FedEx Kinkos multiple time to do the exact same thing and was not charged that this formatting Charge. I received no answer why this was the case just a Gruff are we still doing this or not. After refusing to use my jump drive and having to sign onto their computer to email it to them I refused after spending $3 to do anything else four staff members that refuse to do anything for me. Ill never go back here again which is unfortunate because past employees have been nothing but fantastic. I write this to warn other customers as Im sure nothing will happen to these employees who are not an incompetent and extremely rude. If you need any assistance I recommend the Walgreens thats just down the street they were fantastic and assistant and everything that I needed.

Had an extremely irritating experience here. Went inside to scan something, made a trip across the street to a bank to get cash, returned to find my vehicle booted. $140 fine to remove the boot.When I pointed out I was off the property for a minute at most, the person working the boot was unmoved. Id avoid shopping here - if they pull tricks like this, who knows how else theyll try to scam you.

DONT COME HERE. Worst customer service ever. And very expensive. I was treated in a boor way. Very slow packaging, it took her 20 minutes to put a cell phone in a box and close it. Furthermore, when I was about to pay she said: Oh and the box is $10. WHAT?She should have said that before. I was about to cancel the shipment, but after 20 minutes standing up there I gave up and said ok you win.Conclusion: $25 dollars for the slowest shipment option to California.I will never come back here and I hope FedEx takes it into account and teach their workers how to treat a customer.

My experience was good... until I got to checkout and was charged $45.00 to ship a broken laptop (I told them it was broken). I didnt have much time, so I went in there and the attendant packed my laptop while I packed other things. Needless to say, I was shocked when I was charged $45.00 just for the laptop.A rule of thumb, I think, is to tell a customer that the box they will be purchasing costs more than the shipping itself. Especially when the shipping charge is $20 and the box is $25.00. Yes, really, they have a $25.00 cardboard box. Who knew?I wont be going to Fedex anymore. The UPS next door will be getting my business.

Omg . I rarely post reviews except when extremely necessary. Do NOT waste your time coming here!! I wish I knew a UPS store was literally next door, I would have saved myself the trouble. They obviously do not understand what customer service entails, extremely rude and unhelpful especially the big black dude that worked on March 7th 2018 morning, as I did not care to get his name. (This is definitely not a race thing as I’m black myself ). I literally had to sit through about an hour of listening to him belittle so many customers (including myself) while rendering no atom of help whatsoever. Very loud, no sense of knowledge/experience about his job and acted like people were bothering him by coming to the store. I literally came to check the reviews just to be sure I’m not overreacting or being sentimental. From what I see on here, I’m 100% correct. This is the worst business to put your money in. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else !!!!

There is a reason this FedEx has horrible reviews. Save yourself the time by going to a different one. The most unprofessional employees in all of FedEx work here, Im sure. I went in to get a few things printed off and a woman told me they couldnt print for me even though they were just sitting around, doing nothing. When I asked why, her only response was because shes going to have to print them individually so youll have to place an order for tomorrow. I had 22 pages that needed to be printed and they clearly werent busy and that excuse was terrible. You all need to hire better employees for this location or just close the damn thing down. I went there to print off a 30 page packet. I sent their email service the attachment, and it took 45 minutes before I received a confirmation email that it was received by Fedex. I asked the person working if there was another way to do this and she said no. After 20 minutes of waiting there and retrying to send the email, I looked at one of the Fedex business cards and saw there was also another online printing service. I couldnt believe that the person working there didnt tell me this earlier.

Good luck getting service here - whether youre speaking with a haggard old-sounding person on the phone, or a clueless younger individual, youre almost guaranteed to leave here angry. Absolutely terrible. Avoid this store like the plague - especially when theres a UPS store literally 500 feet away. Whomever works there at night was not helpful at all! Acted like she knew everything when she didn’t. Had to go home without making the photocopies I came in for which was for my daughters book report and all I needed was 5 color copies of some pictures for a presentation. The girl shunned me away and said that I couldn’t make those copies there because of copyright laws...ok. Went home and did my online research and what I asked for goes under fair use it’s not like I asked her to duplicate the book for me! So for that waste of my time and than being told something that was untrue by a so called employee I give them 1 Star...I wish I would’ve took her name down but I didn’t. The encounter was at 11:10 PM on 5/15/19 with an employee who was uninformed and totally unhelpful. I’ll just go buy ink for my printer at home and not deal with people that do not help when asked for assistance because they know nothing!

***DO NOT GO*** This parking lot has incredibly aggressive parking security that lurk to boot your car instantly (like, within 30 seconds) and charge you $140 to get the boot off. Bloodsucking extortionists. The shop itself is also overpriced.

The printer stopped printing half way through my document and they blamed my file!? Still had to pay for it because it didnt print out my receipt. makes no sense that you put your card in first hoping a praying your document comes out right... Save yourself the frustration and go digital. dont print anything and call it being ecological or sustainable.

Never had a problem before Ive been coming to this place for the last 3 weeks but today this chick working the overnight shift whose name i will not reveal was being a total bi*** I was trying to ship some boxes and I taped them up myself like Ive been doing for the past 3 weeks but today this bit** told me they werent well taped so she insisted in opening them just to see what was in there I opened one but she wanted to see all of them which was pointless because they were all labeled and declared value was 200 so there was no reason to open them ..dont come to this place dont waste your money here youll have a bad experience....

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I used the workstations to print one item and within the three minutes I was online my email was given a virus. Employees could care less too, I called to inform them of the situation, the person who answered the phone didnt apologize, didnt ask what station, anything important, just said ok and hung up.
