I had a favorite tall back comfy office chair that I had been using for years, especially now when I had to work from home due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, one of the legs on the chair broke and I needed to replace it. I started looking around many places and couldnt believe how hard it was finding an office chair. Due to so many people working from home and using office equipment, most stores were sold out of these type of chairs. Staples had some but they werent well made along with being very expensive. I also have back issues and am tall so I needed a really comfortable chair that I could try out before buying so ordering a chair was not an option. I was really getting frustrated but noticed this place listed when I did a Google search. This establishment got good reviews on Yelp and Google so on 9/5/20, I decided to take a drive to the other side of town to see what they had.This place is a hidden treasure trove! You walk in and there is office equipment everywhere! The 2 male staff, as mentioned in other reviews were really helpful and nice. They had so many office chairs to choose from and I tested every one. They were having a 70% liquidation sale as they are moving soon to a different location. There were 2 chairs in particular that I was interested in and both of them had really good price points. I was surprised to find out that this business has been around for over 50 years!I finally narrowed it down to the chair that I wanted to purchase and it was leather too! I had a great conversation with Kemchan who was so friendly and helpful and even took the chair to my car to fit inside which I truly appreciated. Most stores dont go that extra mile. You can negotiate prices but their current sale is so good, I didnt feel the need to.I highly recommend this place from standing desks to tables & chairs to file cabinets, this place has got it and nice quality at that. I left there so happy, I wanted to cry. I let Kemchan know that I was going to write a really good review about the establishment because it definitely was well deserved.Thank you Direct Office Warehouse, I have already told many people about my experience so expect to see alot more people coming your way. Was looking for a file cabinet with specific dimensions, lockable, on wheels...they had it! Cost about 30% less than what I found on Amazon, AND this was sturdy and well made, where the other new cabinets online had poor reviews regarding quality. So happy with this place, manager there was the nicest guy. They have all kinds of vintage typewriters and adding machines and much more. Best place!

I purchased a large metal medical records office cabinet to use as storage at my home. After it was delivered, I assumed that it would need to be washed down. I started wiping it with a wet sponge. I rinsed the sponge out and there was not a single spec of dirt!!I had been prepared to wash it down, and that was not a problem because I figured that since the cabinet had been sitting there it would have naturally accumulated some dirt. Anyway, I kept wiping it and wiping it and rinsing the sponge out--not a SPEC of dirt. I could have eaten on it!!Of course, its good business on their part to clean it. But I really didnt expect that. Really great place!!

Gold mine. Especially if youre in the need for saving 60-70% on used office furniture. Not being paid to say this or anything. Bought a used Herman Miller Office Chair. $170 used everywhere on Amazon/eBay/Google Shopping. Asked $60, gave it to me for $50. Super nice guy.Would recommend to anyone. But as the guy before me said..be prepared to dig (literally) through furniture that is everywhere.

This place is packed with myriad 2nd-hand furniture options- & the guys who work there are terrific! Very pleasant to deal with. We bought a desk chair...have already recommended this place. .. and I will go back!

This place is a gold mine. A lot of high quality office equipment is buried/hidden throughout the warehouse. Give this place a shot!

Overstuffed, looks junky. We were looking file cabinet, guy working there was helpful. He loaded it into our truck for us. You can negotiate prices.
