I was very pleased with the service I received from Paul. My church just had our new organ delivered this weekend and it is amazing! The quality, the craftsmanship and of course the authentic Hammond sound is the best! And Paul is very helpful, knowledgeable and provides constant communication through the entire process. I highly recommend their services if youre looking for an organ.

Paul did a great job servicing and modding a chopped organ I purchased while on tour. Was very accommodating of my tight schedule and his work is holding up great. Highly recommended.

Since about the age of sixteen I had been hoping to one day purchase a real Hammond organ. Unfortunately, I always lacked the money and lived in apartments that were not suited to a big heavy organ. This meant I had to always live with clone wheels and software instruments. When I moved to the Chicagoland area last year I swore I would buy a home with enough space to allow for a real organ and a former organ teacher of mine referred me to Paul the owner of Chicago Organ Company who he trusted. Some of my prior organ buying experience had been traveling around looking at beat up old road organs and essentially not feeling comfortable knowing what I was buying. Or dealing with overly aggressive dealers who were pushing inventory out of their warehouse. My experience with Chicago Organ Company was not this way at all...Paul walked me through his inventory casually. Taking me through a few Bs and a few A100s. Each were absolutely pristine, and I am not sure that Paul doesnt restore organs to less than this level. Eventually, I settled on an incredible A100 with a 122 Leslie over a B3 - for a number of reasons - in part because of the sound of the organ I found, but also some of the distinct aspects of the A100 with its internal speaker, and a few other unique A100 characteristics that I happen to prefer over B3s. I must say that the organ was mint condition - and certainly premium quality restoration - but it had also been in exquisite condition when it was acquired. The organ even had original purchase paperwork! Paul was even able to make some customizations for me per my request - and I purchased some additional accessories. Paul also guaranteed his work with my purchase, which provided great confidence for me to move forward and tonight it proved to be well worth that guarantee! This evening I fired up the organ and there was a loud pop! I wasnt quite sure what it was...sounded like thunder really. I assumed it was a tube in the Leslie...but whatever it was the Organ didnt work. I sent and email to Paul at Chicago Organ Company and a called him. Left then to pick up Chinese food for the family. Immediately got at call back and coincidentally, Paul was down the road in the neighborhood. Within literally 3 minutes he was at my house working on the organ (it was kinda incredible). Turns out a tube blew in the organ. He looked at it, left came back with the right tube fixed it and in the same evening it was all fixed. Pretty awesome service. Not even down for a day or more than literally a few hours...barely down for more than time it took for me to eat dinner. It was great. Grant it, there was a lot of luck in that he was in my neighborhood - but I am just saying...nothing but positives from me. Great products and services. Definitely planning on buying another organ from Paul and Chicago Organ Company in the future.
