Clean, secure and easily accessible facility. Staff is always nice and helpful. Never had any issues, would highly recommend.

A wonderful building in the Egyptian Revival Style featuring columns, freizes and other decorative embellishments on the first floor which houses the New Elephant Resale Store which is certainly worth a look because of its amazing assortment of eclectic offerings. The upper floors are storage units dating back to after the Great Chicago Fire and feature heavy steel doors in fireproof settings.

Easy in and out, great parking space- access only during business hours but excellent customer service and great people to work with. Everyone makes it so easy here! Would highly recommend to friends and family!

Very friendly employee, my stuff was kept safe from weather and very safely secured. The hallways were pretty narrow, but for the most part easy access getting in and out. Would definitely recommend to others!

Wonderful storage facility. Large elevators and hallways to move objects. Large loading docks and plenty of parking. UNITs are very clean and safe. They have high ceilings, and very sturdy industrial metal doors. Contracts are month to month. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I rented my unit for a few months over two years and had no complaints. I would recommend checking this place out if you need a unit!

This is the best storage facility I have ever used in the USA. The facility is always spotlessly clean and the attention to maintenance shows, every thing works as expected every time. Management did a great job with billing and administrative issues. I never had a problem with anything during the three years I was a customer.

Ive been with SYT since moving to Chicago four years ago. Great facility, competitive rates, always has parking available and docks open for use. The team is great as well, and Megan and the gang always able and willing to help out.Need convenient storage in Chicago? Dont overlook these guys... Theyre great.
