-Needs improvement on their fresh produce.-Parking lot lines are way off.-Some customers and some delivery guy employee park on the handicap parking space when its meant for handicap people, Im pretty sure thats a city or state violation.-Due to the Covid19, carts should be sanitized, before other customers used it. Employees that bring those carts back inside I havent seen them clean them for a while, yes its my health my responsibility, I take care of myself, but its more like a management problem, cuz the employees used to do sanitize things very well, now its like management is cutting back on things. If they cant improve that I will reccomend to go to Tonys.

My everyday grocery store. I cook international and the have just about everything i need. They occasionaly have produce near the end of freshness and the box it up at great prices. I once bought 6 heads of cauliflower, different colors, for $1.50

My local market. Excellent produce selection with fair prices. Reasonable, fresh, and there is rarely a long line at the register. The restaurant located inside the market has delicious prepared food as well, if you dont want to cook.

The restaurant inside the supermarket is good. The store has a big variety of Spanish food products and hot meals. The bakery next door not so good. They cant bake and the overpriced the baked goods. I strongly advise you to go to Nuevo Leon bakery on 18th St.

Honestly, I should give this place between one star or to stars because this place is in great need of a complete tear down and rebuilt or at least be remodel soon! Finally, ownership at least remodeled the kitchen or the restaurant area I should say, but besides that, the place it just looks filthy everywhere you go, and if you go into the bathrooms you will not disagree with me on this one. So, while they have a good selection of Mexican items just be aware that this place is not in great shape when it comes to hygiene.

Great products, decent in house prepared foods and the little taqueria counter is a nice bonus.Im really happy they added wine and beer to the offerings.Dont sleep on the tortillas here-fresh made flour ones from across the street, and then theres all the other ones that come in fresh daily from around town.

They have some of the rudest individuals working here. My husband frequently shops at this market to purchase fresh squeezed orange juice. On several occasions the person working that counter has been rude and given him a hard time but he hasn’t said anything but today the woman behind that counter refused to make it for him. she said she had already cleaned the machine. It was 7:40 and the store was open until 10pm. I’m sure the owners would not appreciate the way they are treating their customers. Maybe we will start taking our business to Cermak.

This review is regarding the restaurant in the carnicería not the supermarket.The restaurant cashier is very unhelpful. I generally come in to buy fresh squeezed orange juice. Every time I stopped for orange juice the cashier refers me to go to the bakery. When I do they still have to squeeze the orange juice. So what is the point to advertise fresh squeezed orange juice at the restaurant if the cashier is too lazy to make it and tells customer to go to the bakery and they also still have to make fresh squeezed orange juice. I recently found that Cermak Foods in Pulaski and Diversey make orange juice every day and I will not longer get breakfast at the Jimenez restaurant.

Overpriced burrito

Hate this place, rude and inconsiderate. But once they found out I speak spanish they were surprised. I am not the one to try to speak down too. If I ask for assistance it is because I trust in your opinion to lead me to a positive with your store. Finally THE STORE MANAGER IS QUITE LUCKY I DID NOT CHOKE HIM OUT. Seriously the nerve to speak to someone down, brother I am respectful but I will not return to your establishment. You were in the wrong!

All the staples of Hispanic cuisine but you may have a hard time finding the basics of American. Great prices on produce and the bakery is awesome, but sometimes the meat counter smells rancid.

Got a few birthday cakes here from the bakery section which were amazing. Although somewhat limited on design was satisfied with my grandsons cake

The store was clean and well stocked I also purchased the cooked pork the meat was nice and tender but was not seasoned very well when my friend makes me the roast pork it has a delicious flavor and taste with all the seasonings she uses

Its been a while since I wrote my last review for the Kildeer MOD Pizza. We go here now about once a month, sometimes more. The service could not be better. The pizza is still great. And, having vegan options makes this a wonderful choice for people who care about such things.They use Daiya Cheeses for their vegan choice. And, for the vegans reading this - their red sauce is the only vegan sauce option.Just cant beat this place. Ive been to three or four MOD Pizza locations and this is by far the best of the ones Ive gone to.

Great cooked food inside there is a restaurant. Too hard for parking... i had to park on Fullerton where i had 2 pay for street parking. Not good when you are carrying griceries.

We went here for the Taqueria and ended up shopping for groceries after we finished. First, the Taqueria was great. There were five of us. Counter service with steam trays filled with meats and vegetables.We had a variety of items - tacos, burritos, tortas, and Im not sure what else. It was a Sunday afternoon and my only complaint was they were out of some items. I will say the Carnitas were outstanding. And, my wife had Asada Tacos which I tried. The meat was flavorful and tender.As for the Carniceria, their selection is ample. The fruit and vegetable section has a lot of selections you wont find at your local Jewel - sugar cane, Prickly Pears, etc. Their groceries - boxed and canned goods, have a selection of both American and Latin American goods. And, their butcher has a huge selection of items.Fortunately for our wallets when we shopped for groceries, we were full from lunch.

So I was really hungry and decided to come to this place and I got a burrito and it was the worst I ever had. Looks like they made it without any effort . It looked a mess and terrible taste. The horchata was amazing but never coming bk for food here.
