We went in to the Chicago Naturepedic after a lot of research and knowing what mattress we wanted. Jeffrey was a pleasure to work with. He switched out one of the layers so we could try it with a different firmness. I am so pleased with all of the testing this company does and highly recommend this company for an organic non-toxic mattress.

Jeff at the Chicago based store is amazing! His outgoing personality and strong customer service skills shined through the phone. You could feel the smiles! As a first time Naturepedic customer, he answered all my questions and even took care of the ordering process for us. Cant wait to get the new bed for our child.

We were very impressed by Jeffreys knowledge about the products, professionalism toward us and kindness to our kids! We bought a mattress for our oldest toddler and will definitely be back to buy one for our youngest toddler. We all sleep better knowing its 100% safe and our toddler is cozy.

We needed to purchase a mattress for our three year old who is transferring from a crib to a full-size. In addition we were gathering information for a replacement mattress for ourselves. We were already familiar with the brand having purchased a crib mattress in the past, but Jeff was able to tell us somethings we didn’t know about the “Verse” mattress for our son. Once that decision was made he spent a considerable amount of time answering our questions on the different models available for adults. Throughout the entire process he was very pleasant and patient. He told us what to expect for delivery and we feel confident that we made a wise investment. Thank you Jeff.

A wonderful experience! Jeffrey was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! All my questions were answered and I was given peace of mind knowing the mattress I purchased for my little boy was the best out there. Chemical (flame retardant, etc....) free and naturally fire resistant, a win-win!

Jeff was incredibly helpful. We were in the store looking for a baby mattress. He explained to us our options and it made our decision very easy. Both of our options were quality it was just a matter of which mattress we felt suited our needs. We will definitely be back when we are ready to replace our king matress.

In doing extensive research to find a mattress without dangerous and harmful chemicals, I discovered Naturepedic. I wanted the best organic mattress, and Naturepedic happened to offer just this. I purchased the EOS Trilux (Without coils, latex mattress) for my husband and I, and am more than happy with my decision! I spoke with Jeffery from the Naturepedic Chicago Gallery, who was so knowledgeable and helpful that I ordered my bed over the phone (thank you Jeffery!!). He was the best, most upbeat person I spoke with in my endeavour to buy the best organic mattress. I ended up driving from Indianapolis to the Chicago gallery because I wanted to make sure I chose the right option in terms of how the mattress felt, and Im so glad I did! I was able to be 100% sure about my choice as Jeffery was so accommodating and helpful. I cant wait to receive my new Naturepedic mattress! I definitely recommend visiting the Chicago Gallery as Jeffery will give you the help you need without any pressure. Five stars all the way!

Jeffrey was extremely helpful and was able to discuss all the awesome eco friendliness of the company and mattress. He was not pushy as he believed in the product and was even kind enough to say that there was a deal going on and that he would honor it on Tuesday as the store is closed on Sunday and Monday and the deal ended on Sunday. I bought the bed on Saturday. He answered all my questions and it was great to speak with him!

We gave an initial 5 star review (after we purchased our mattress, but before we had it delivered because Jeff was so fabulous to us at the start), but our ultimate experience was not pleasant. There were numerous reasons the experience ended up this way, but a short summary is as follows: (i) we were never contacted for delivery of the mattress (something Naturepedic blamed on a new delivery company even though it was their delivery company) so we had to reach out to Naturepedic after weeks of waiting; (ii) when we were finally able to get in touch with the delivery service, they told us they could only drop the mattress at our front door and we would have to bring it up contrary to what we were told when we bought the mattress) - this was an issue for us given that they would only deliver during the day and I was 9 months pregnant; (iii) when the mattress arrived, the box spring did not (it was left off the order) so we had to set up another delivery and take off another day of work; (iv) we returned a piece from our order and over a month later we didnt have a credit, we luckily checked our account and when we reached out, they said there must have been a computer error, if we would have never checked we would have never received the credit; and finally (v) when the box spring arrived, some of the staples in the boxspring were torn. We decided not to circle back because we had such a headache even getting it in the first place.

Jeffery was great! Super nice and very knowledgeable. And the mattress is awesome - great quality, great comfort, great for you and your home. Also, a reasonable price relative to what you’re getting.

Jeff was a great help in choosing our mattress! He was wonderfully personable & fun to work with. Sadly too many companies undervalue the importance of employees they choose to interface with customers. Thankfully Naturepedic is not one of those companies.My husband & I were working within a tight timetable the day we walked into the store. A negative moment could have caused us to walk out & not waste the time. Needless to say we stayed, had an excellent experience, and are eagerly awaiting our new mattress!

We used Jeffery at the Lincoln Park location to purchase our (master bed) and a bassinet mattress and we were overwhelmed with our experience. He was kind and accommodating and we are looking forward to many great nights of sleep on the new mattress. Even after we purchased the items (and therefore, his sale was complete), I had some questions about the mattress. Jeffrey was helpful and kind and took time to assist me with our queries. We highly recommend this location and Jeffrey and I look forward to updating my review once our mattress arrives!-I updated this review from a 5 star review to a 2 star review because our after purchase service was terrible. Our mattress didnt show up as described (the delivery company would only drop outside our curb (and we live in a walk up with 2 flights of stairs and I was 9 months pregnant). The first shipment didnt include all of the mattress parts (it was originally shipped with only the topper - so we slept on the floor for weeks) and the final straw was that when the boxsprings came, they were ripped. At this point, we had had enough so we did not exchange them, but it may be worth considering other options if you intend to spend this amount of money a mattress.
