Amazing customer service!!!Needed last min table and despite the place having uncontrollable power outages the gentleman helping me kept in constant contact calling and working around schedule and kept store open to meet me personally to get me a table last min!!Couldnt recommend a better place they rock!

With a busted bamboo box and only a portion of my massage stones they wouldn’t replace my full set or my case for the. This is not a place to buy your product they don’t pack the boxes well nor want to work with you on your damaged parcel. If TIR massage was still around they would be a much better place to get all massage products.

Never open as their hours state. This is the third time I’ve drove to their inconvenient location and no one was there. Website states 7pm, I was there at 5:15pm. I will not waste my life and expensive gas for their subpar products and rancid lotions that have been sitting on the shelf too long. I am now ordering all of my products online and not from them!!

Excellent place for high quality sheets! Ive order online twice now and the sheets are higher quality and fit better on my oversized massage table. I will definitely buy from them again.The picture below shows the purple face cover (NRG brand) and the black face cover underneath the purple (Body Choice brand) from bestmassage.com.If you look carefully youll see both are made of poly-cotton blended fabric but the NRG brand is much smaller. I placed them on a blue towel so you could see it better. The Body Choice brand is just a bit larger along with the fitted sheets (not shown). The fitted sheet fit better on my oversized massage table over a 2 inch memory foam mattress pad, electric table warmer, and a foot bolster. I like the poly-cotton because theyre super soft, easy to clean, and last years. Bestmassage.com has loads of products and great prices (esp. if you buy in bulk). The poly-cotton sheets come in 7 different colors compared with NRG brand (3 colors).

Excellent customer service, had purchased a massage table 2 yrs ago and ever since it has not given me any trouble. That is why I always purchase my stuff from there place. I read many reviews of stationary and portable massage tables before purchasing one. I looked for a reliable, durable massage table. As I am a tall guy and need massage daily, my additional requirements were a table length longer than 73” and the working weight at least 300 lbs. The reviewers say that some stationary tables are very unstable and wiggles back and forth. Even tables advertised as squeak-proof turn out to be unbalanced and creak a lot. Eventually I found a portable massage table with the length of 77” (Length with Headrest is 87). It is the Oval DeluxeBodyChoice massage table offered by BestMassage.com. I purchased the table in 2018 and my experience with the massage table since that time has shown that I made the right choice. The table is stable. No squeaking. The padding (1 Viscoelastic Memory Foam Over 2 High-Density, Small-Cell Foam) gives me very comfortable feeling. The working weight is 600 lbs. The table weight is 40 lbs and it is not difficult to move the table. I am very satisfied with the massage table.

It is really hard to find a company who stands behind their products. After making purchases from various sites I finally choose to try BestMassage and since then I have never had to go anywhere. Best Customer support. I was regularly updated about my orders status. After 6 months, my massage table seems to be of the same excellent qualities as some of the higher priced tables. I feel very lucky o have found them.

Ive been a dozen times and the service seems to get worse and worse. If you know exactly what you need and just need to check out, youll do fine. If you need to ask a question, good luck. Theyd rather sit at the computer than help you out. Ill be purchasing supplies elsewhere from now on.

Called ahead of time to see if they had tables in stock, they said yes. So I said great Im coming out to check them out. Drove an hour and a half just to find a note on the door saying they decided to randomly close early. Very inconsiderate and a waste of three hours of my time!

For anyone buying a sheet set for massage tables, do NOT buy from here. Their fitted sheet barely fits table before washing. TOO SMALL. Then when you do wash and dry them, they will NOT fit especially with a heated pad underneath or anything else. I was very disappointed. I did return the two sets I did not use, but shipping cost half of what I got back! Go to massage warehouse instead.

Not the best customer service and lack of inventory made for a bad experience. Called to ask about replacement adjustale legs for the massage table and the guy said they werw out of stock. I asked when more would be in and instead of offering a straight up answer he seemed to get annoyed that I kept inquiring about said legs and told me to check back in several months. Could have offered to reorder more. Not the first time theyve gotten mad for asking about various products. They just dont seem to want to be bothered. Awful.

Little to no inventory except tables and overpriced sheets. Use Amazon, dont waste a trip.

The staff here is very self centered and manipulative. The re seller wholesale program here seems well organize and put together at first. However, the owner Jeffery Tippman is always out of stock with important items. The reseller support manager Douglas Winschief. Purposefully attempts to sabotage large sales made. Example being. If I just made a sale for 3 electronic massage tables. And these happen to be the last tables on stock. They seem to always have a special client who needed those tables just before your informed them you would be purchasing them. This happened multiple times. Causing me thousands in lost sales and credit card charge backs. Not to mention Douglas Winschief deliberate late email responses and poor communication skills. When we would notify Jeffery Tippman of Douglas Winschief behavior via email. Jeffery Tippman never seems to respond. Also like to note the following. If you are going after a large account such as a franchise of some sort. Jeff or Douglas will not support you in anyway. The front desk staff in particular Margee and Carlos are always to busy to respond to important questions related to inventory and product as well. THIS WHOLESALE, VENDOR RATE PROGRAM IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. If you are looking for a reliable wholesale vendor rate program. I would recommend Touch America for starters.
