Ive been dealing with this company for about three years now. The products have been great in my market area. Ive had no issues with products sold and Id recommend their products to anyone.

Terrible customer service! I purchased a fan puller for one of our HVAC techs which failed during a service call for a bad blower motor. Since the purchase was less than a year ago (and I have all of the paperwork), I called asking about the warranty for the failed tool. Mike, the owner, told me that it was probably my techs fault that the tool failed, and he said to mail the tool back to him so he can look at it personally to determine if he thinks it is truly a warranty issue. Mike was extremely condescending to both me and my assistant. I rarely post reviews, but I was shocked at the attitude of the OWNER of this company. I would never speak to one of my customers they way he spoke to my office staff today.

I bought a EMF-2 Flex flashlight, I am unable to remove t he batteries for replacement.The customer service is CRAP!
