Like many others, I busted out my old sewing machine during lockdown. I got my old Kenmore 385 from my Grandma after she passed and the machine hadn’t been used in awhile, and found it wasn’t back stitching. I sent an email through their website to see if they even worked on my little machine, and Steve emailed me back quickly to let me know they could likely fix it. It was easy to drop off my machine, there is a table set up outside the front door with plexiglass to keep everyone safe. My machine was ready in two days and is sewing like a dream. Thanks!!
