I live near Bottles and Cans in North Center and I try to support this local liquor store as much as possible. The shelves have a clean display telling the customer which region their stocked beers are from. You can also make your own 4-6 pack by choosing a variety of beers from their pick and choose wall. They also have one section dedicated to liquor if one is in the mood for something saucier. Theres a medium sized fridge with chilled drinks if youre not trying to wait to get loose.The staff is chill and will always ask how you are and if you need anything without being pushy or sales-y. Theres a tv at the front and usually there is a fun movie on. I believe they also have a wine chiller that is free for customers at the entrance/exit.Support local business!

Great craft beer selection, they have a shelf of singles on the side and plenty of craft beers on the shelves and there are a few refrigerators in back. The staff was friendly but didnt really offer any assistance but I didnt ask any questions either. Based on how much some people in the store were buying, Im guessing they turn things over pretty quickly.

This place is quickly becoming my go to spot to find local craft beers and other assorted alcoholic goodies. Although the store is a bit small compared to larger liquor stores like Binnys, they have a really good selection of different styles and brands of beer. Plus its always nice to see so many local Chicago beers on their shelves. If youre looking for a tasty craft brew or just want to find your new favorite beer, you cant go wrong with this cozy shop.

Bottles and Cans is a local gem. The beer selection is diverse, and I can usually find sours and imperial stouts that are difficult to find anywhere else. Sometimes I get lucky, and they put out old rare beers from years past, that’s always a treat. Highly recommend this place to beer lovers.

Selection is unrivaled with a hyper-current inventory representing pretty much every local/ regional brewery with a substantial national and international selection to boot. Friendly local shop with a wonderful selection of craft beers, interesting wines and liquors with a range of prices. They carry some of my favs like Madison Noir wines as well as all the best local beer options. While I have my go-tos, I always enjoy asking for recommendations and trying something new.

Love this store. The selection is amazing, and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This isnt a place that is going to compete on price with your local walmart or target. Instead, you come here to find rarer beers and wines, with great choices in buying singles, 4 pack, 6 pack, etc. Its a fun experience wandering the aisles and exploring all the options. Very fun, definitely will be back.

The selection is incredibly diverse. The staff is always incredibly helpful and kind. The special releases are frequent and fair to the customer. Ive gotten tons of beer recommendations that have always been interesting. Ive never walked out empty handed.

Bottles and cans has an awesome selection of local craft beer and hard to get limited edition craft beer. They also have one of those cooler things so you can chill your beer immediately. My favorite part: the waiting area with chairs and a TV especially made for wives who get dragged on their husbands adventures. Stop in!

Great small little liquor store. They have a huge selection of beer that is made locally and from all over the us. This is the only place I have found that sells geyser gose and I go hear at least once a week to buy some more. Seeing as its 45 minutes away thats saying a lot. But this place is run by great people who know a lot about the beer that they sell. Definitly worth a stop!

This store is packed with great beer. And when it is time for a big bottle release, they handle it well by doing a raffle. The prices are right, and the beer is fresh.
