Superb Customer Service! Our Bra Specialist was friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Great variety and style options. We departed extremely pleased with our shopping experience and purchases. The only regret is, not having known about this shop sooner.

The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Makes you feel comfortable, especially for having larger breast. I recommend this place to everyone.

Going down hill FAST! I went in for a bra. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to open the store late. The girl did not take the time to measure me correctly and returned with a 38I bra and I am a C cup. I asked her why is it so big? She said this is all we have. I was in and out in 5 minutes. It used to be a really good place to get bras but its obvious the originals owners (who were nice old ladys) have left it in the hands of lazy incompetent staff.

I hate to give bad reviews but this place is not the place to go to. There was an lady there whom was very lazy and kept pushing me towards not shopping there. She didn’t even want to help me when I asked for help and told me “ I guess u can’t fit it then” and walked off. I would rather pay more money for better service than cheaper price for terrible service. DONT GO HERE!!!

I wish I could give zero stars!!! I went in to get fitted and purchased two bras. Both bras were the incorrect size😠.I asked them if they should feel so tight. The woman that fitted me assured me that the bras only felt tight bc my old one was too big. They hurt so bad. They are too tight around the body, as well as the cups. I wore one to work and I felt like I would pass out. I had to take it off and put it in my purse 🙄The bras made my back and shoulders hurt. Both bras only fit in the first hook and they still hurt😩. I can’t take them back because of Covid policies. One bra was $75 and the other $65. I threw them in the trash bc I can’t even put them on by myself. The lady in the store helped put it on. When I got home I couldn’t even turn it around to the front to hook the latches together. I would not recommend anyone to shop here. They don’t size you correctly.

If you are looking to be measured and find the right bra, this is the place. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Im soooooo glad I found this place. Kesha worked with me. She knows her stuff, had me try items on for the perfect fit.

I will never shop here again. I took my daughter to get a undergarment for prom. They sold her the wrong size. She tried it on at home with her dress & it was too big. I took it back in less than an hour and they had the nerve to act like they weren’t going to exchange per their policy. Then I realized the reluctancy was because they KNEW they did not have her size in stock to begin with, nor did they have anything close to what I wanted. I asked them to order her size & they gave me all kind of excuses and extremely long delivery time frames. We trusted their expertise & they apparently do not know their business or they just don’t care. A sale is a sale to them as long as they got paid it doesn’t matter if the customer got what they needed. Either way I’m stuck with a $65 garment I can’t use. So much for supporting another poorly run black business. Jerks!

I was in need of finding a bra that fits. My cousin recommended this place. I visited this place on three occasions to purchase bras. Each time the fitting was incorrect. One lady fitted me for bras too big, while another lady fitted me for bras too small. I have bras that fits me too tight that it only fits the first hooks. It cuts into my skin. These bras are expensive and cannot be exchanged or refunded due to Covid. I dont mind spending money for what I need, but this was a waste of my hard earned money. I am still looking for a bra shop that can fit me correctly.😞😞😞 PS I wish I could give them 0 stars!!!!

They have exceptional service with a hometown feel .. They immediately took my daughter in and had her taken care of within minutes .. I can not tell you how happy I am and how nice it was to have professional service who actually use tape measures to make sure you have the perfect fit .. For 10 years, I lived 1 block away from this store and never knew that they specialized in hard to find lingerie sizes. I guess the Corset part of the store name threw me off and so I never looked into what the store was really about. So today, I walked into the store where I was greeted warmly by Dell, one of many of the friendly staff members. I was immediately instructed to go into a fitting room and within a minute, Dell ( my sweet salesperson) walked into the room, measured me and quickly went to get bras for me. On the first try, the bra she put on me made me feel like a brand new woman. I was fine with the first one but every bra she brought in was beautiful and fit perfectly! I could not be more happy with the entire experience at the store! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, reasonably priced and beautiful items! I will be a loyal customer from this day forward!

A little pricey. its worth getting a great quality garment. this store will have you going down dress sizes. they will find what you need for any body type. this store will make you feel a whole lot better about being in your clothes and own skin. i say instant body lift no surgery needed. lets go support this store ladies. you be so happy you did.

I walked Hi Im looking for some shapewear the lady walks me to a fitting room measure me then brought one item I tell her i dont think i like this one she says okay and walked away. I stood in the fitting room for a few more minutes thinking she was going to get something else, nope I was wrong when I walked out she was sitting down! She was done never asked me what kind I was looking for nothing she just left...

If u need to find a good place to get a custom fit bra u found it, helpful staff help with all sizes.

I went to this place because somebody told me they had nice stuff there for what I was looking for I went there and purchase it and I washed it and it just came upon the same stuff that they sell you could go to Walmart and just about any department store and get it they charge you all this money for corset handful bras and when you wash it it unravels and then they dont want to take it back I wouldnt advise anybody to go there

I absolutely love this shop. Ive shopped here for years. Everytime I go, Im properly fitted, Ive purchased push ups, running trainers, corsets and minimizers, which are my favorite. Makes a difference in your posture and overall appearance.

Well i love the selection on the waist trainer i picked, although the completion out there online is getting to be fierce with zip ups something they dont carry. If they did expand you include clip and zip that would probably increase there revenue and clientele. With the waist trainer that they do have and for someone with a larger waist a clip can be a struggle at times. Outside of that the parking lot is a sneeze from getting your car clipped or dinged. The one on one service is AMAZING i was in and out, i would shop there again because thru have this RED corsette Im just crying to get lol.
