Horrible experience with customer service and even directly with the owners. Our company placed an order on November 6th for an in-stock item. After a week of not receiving tracking info, we attempted to call every day and email every day for an order status. A week and a half later we finally get through and were told We havent shipped the part because its not the exact one. I was fine with it and told them to ship the replacement that they DID have in stock. 10 days of me calling for them to finally tell me SOMETHING. Owner calls me from the post office telling me I just shipped your package. Wonderful I said. Fast forward nearly another week of calls and attempts to get a tracking number, FINALLY the owner answers and says We did not ship the part because payment wasnt posted. I lose it at this point, but never once disrespected them. Attached is the evidence of the order date and my cancellation. Long story short; dont do business with this company. Horrible customer service.

They have good led products at great prices. Unfortunately not always a knowledgeable salesperson in the store. For the most part though, Ive been happy doing business with KANDI LED

She is looking for a ligature where they put some LED lights for my beauty salon and a friend recognized me that she has her business. They give very good Presios and are also good attentive people and have a nice clean work and good quality. I recommend them
