The Shinola line of products speak for themselves, but this location has a terrific staff that is kind and knowledgable. Highly recommend stopping in to see Jason next time you need a watch, notebook, gift, etc.

Excellent Shinola location and stellar staff. Will, Logan, and Max were super helpful and accommodating. This is a great location to service your watch (my Bedrock Chrono 42mm was sent to Detroit and back in under a week!), grab a new timepiece, pick up a new band/bracelet, or purchase another Shinola product. Highly recommend!

Amazing service!! I was buying a journal and they monogrammed and gift wrapped it beautifully for me on the spot. It was only something small but they were so attentive and kind. Will be recommending to friends & coming back.
