Associates had no interest in assisting customers so I didn’t end up buying anything 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had an amazing experience with Alex Baker at the Rush Street location - I came in with my heart set on a necklace for my wife for Christmas that was unfortunately out of stock. Alex called a few other stores and had it overnighted from LA by Christmas Eve. He went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated!

I had a great experience at the Rush Street store. I purchased a leather watch strap the other day and I am very impressed with the quality. The staff at the store were friendly and knowledgeable; It was a pleasure talking to them and it made for an enjoyable experience.I totally recommend checking out the store.

Everything is amazing and the service is wonderful. All the products are prime quality and are rightfully priced. I am a proud regular of the brand and would recommend everything at sale there. Overall great experience.

Fits the classic Shinola store feel with intricate interior designs and a wide range of products. Employees have always been friendly upon my visits, often offering complementary water, coffee or Shinola Colas. The product selection is in-line (if not better?) than many other locations.My only knock here is that employees sometimes seem a little confused by their own product offerings, whereas other Shinola locations will have employees that know each product to the exact detail. Ive occasionally asked questions about products at this location and not received an immediate or accurate answer, eventually having to do the research on my own via the online store or through visiting an alternative location.

Bad service. Had an awful experience with my elder parents visiting out of town. Had my parents stop by to pick up a product I had called about. The sales person had no idea what I had put on hold over the phone with the store manager. After things were sorted out to have the item shipped from another store, the salesman laughed with another employee as soon as they turned around to exit the store. Awful customer service!!!

An ever-changing selection of watches, leather goods, and accessories from the Detroit-based brand. One caveat: the staff will follow you around until you buy something, so pretend like you lost your voice.
