The ECCO Helsinki shoes are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! No wonder all Qantas Pilots wear them...excellent range, super friendly manager who discounted my 2nd pair and went to great lengths to source my size (US 49) which is no mean feat given how precious few other shoe companies make shoes in a wide fit in this size.

I came into the stores water tower location looking for some new shoes for the season. Excellent customer service especially from the sales lady, Betsy, as she wrote on the receipt. She was super helpful and patient with me. I picked out a pair of boots and she recommended other shoes I might like based on the ones I picked! She gave me a run down on the shoes and the products that I could use to best care for them. I will definitely be returning and I hope to see here there again.

Was told they were resistant to splitting due to its design. Havent even had these for 6 months. Spent almost $250 or so. Over $220. Never again.Update. Owned them fkr about 1 year now. Wore them 5 days a week while working to see how bad theyd get. Both shoes split in eight places. Their leak proof design now leaks in 8 spots. All separations add up to about 17 inches of open splits over both shoes. Will never buy this brand again.

Last week, I bought a pair of shoes at this store that they were supposed to ship to my home address (the size/color combination wasn’t available in the store at the time). They took my information and were supposed to ship the shoes over the past week, along with sending me tracking information, but I haven’t received any confirmation of this. The store employee had crossed out the store phone number on the receipt (apparently it doesn’t currently work), and wrote in a different phone number. I tried calling that number, but nobody answered and the mailbox is full so I’m not even able to leave a message.This is ridiculously bad customer service. I love Ecco shoes, but I honestly wish I hadn’t bought this pair in the first place. I would recommend going to a different location.

I went into the store tonight and the sales rep did not even aknowledge that we walked in only a few minutes later did we realize he worked there. When I asked for a size he was super rude like he could not even be bothered. I am a paying customer wantingto purshace a pair of $300 boots and he was extremely rude that I just walked out. I would not recommend going to this store that sales rep really needs to realize what customer service is if not needs to find a different job.

One of the worst customer service. I ordered shoes at store, first the guy in store said shoes for that color does not even exist when I showed him online he put my order. I never received any tracking number and was told shoes has been delivered but I never received any. I have been calling them every week since last 3 weeks but same story basically they are telling me they cant do anything if I did not receive shoes. No refund, no new pair nothing

Cute store, for what it is. Not as much variety as Id hoped, so you pretty much have to know and appreciate the brand before coming in.

Returned a pair of shoes and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hassle free and ordered a replacement promptly.

I came 10 miles to see if they had a shoe that was advertised on the website. I knew that possibly the store might not have it, and it did not.However, the customer service was cool at best. I was told by the lady “oh that shoe is two seasons old. We dont have it”There was no “im sorry sir but we no longer carry that model. Maybe order it online? Have you considered this other model?”None of that.I left disillusioned and determined never to buy ECCO again. If you cannot invest in decent customer service, what does that say about the product?Shame on you, ECCO.Do not go to this store.
