I found the perfect wedding band from BVLGARI and the French lady( Rika?) was super nice and sweet. She provided us the best service at the first time. Hannah also helped me reorder the wedding band. She is really enthusiastic and thoughtful! I absolutely had a very great experience with all the ladies in this store.
The service is impeccable and the conversation was wonderful. We truly enjoy our visits! Not to mention the quality of the cologne is without reproach! A joyful discovery made in Italy and the joy of indulging in the States.

You can complain about service in this store...there is none. Condescending staff with serious issue to help unless you are buying. Language barriers and availability of personal to provide adequate support is definitely something to address.I will not be buying this band again...EVER!!
Poor poor customer service for such a high end brand. Invoice missing, no communication, and having no idea whether a product is shipped to customer. What a mess.I bought a bracelet from this store on a Sat and they did not have my size. The salesperson said she would order it and I would receive it in 3 days. I made payment and went home, discovering that the sales forgot to give me an invoice.In the following days, no communication was given from the sales about the invoice or the shipment information. I had to call and text the store multiple times today and another sales picked up as the one selling the bracelet to me was on leave.She did not know whether the bracelet has been shipped, nor what the tracking number was. After a few hours of several follow-ups she gave me a picture of tracking number and complained her colleague, saying “Please, contact xxx (the original sales) if it is not delivered”, as if she dis not belong to this Bvlgari store, and it had nothing to do with her if she didn’t sell the item herself.I was so shocked by the unprofessional customer service I received from this Bvlgari store. Missing the invoice, no communication with customers until I ask, no communication within store for proper follow ups on outstanding items, and shifting responsibilities, all added up to a poor purchase experience. I decided that this brand is not for me.
My favorite watch, a Bvlgari that I received as a gift from my father before he passed away, was in complete distress from years of being on my wrist. Finally, it kicked the bucket, and after doing some research, I was directed to Bvlgari on N. Michigan Ave in Chicago, Illinois. I am in Akron, Ohio. I made the phone call and Ms. Emily Liu informed me that she would be handling my transaction with the watch. I wanted a full refurbish, with new band, glass, and a complete inspection. She took my cell phone number, and the entire process was simply incredible. Texting me when she got the watch, texting me with the quote to fix the watch, and texting me when all was done and it was on its way back.Ive been fortunate to have done a lot of travelling, and experience high end in different parts of the world and the United States.This whole experience with Emily and Bvlgari was off the charts impressive. The watch meant a lot to me and I was not sure how this process would play out, and it played out way better than I could have ever expected.If you are looking for a high quality timepiece, dont even hesitate, call Bvlgari on North Michigan Ave in Chicago, and ask for Ms. Emily Liu. I was walking downtown and almost fainted from the extreme heat conditions. As i felt myself about to pass out i ran into the first store i seen which was Bulgari. The lady who worked there, Rika, was so kind to me and seen i was struggling. She brought out cold water & cold paper towels and choclate to get me back up :)) I was suprised by how nice everyone there is!! i have never shopped here or even been in the place until today, i wanted to thank all of you again for your help ❤️☺️
I am african american. Everytime I go in that store they look at me as if they have seen a ghost. They ignore me and wait on all the white people as if I am invisible. I love the jewelry but hate the sales teams. The security is much nicer than the sales team. I look but never purchase because of their attitude towards black americans. And they wonder why we dont come in and buy, brouse or ask questions. Why would we! Slavery is over and African-American are no long beneath these sales representatives. They need more men on their sales teams who will be more respectful to all races.
