Very responsive. Good product. Prompt delivery. They don’t handle install, but it’s not a bad DIY project and you’ll save a bunch of money using these guys. What’s not to like?

ChiTurf was so helpful with picking out the correct artificial grass for our dogs potty area. We wash/rinse it down every so often and have been using it for a year now and it is still in great condition. We will definitely return to ChiTurf when we need to replace it.

Super helpful and knowledgeable guys here. They helped me with materials and great advice for a DIY rooftop turf project I’m working on. Someone had recommended ChiTurf to me and I was not disappointed.

We were really happy with the service we received from ChiTurf (Rhett was great to work with and very helpful) and the installation came out really great. See before and after pictures below. We primarily installed this because we have 4 large dogs that were tearing up our natural turf grass rear yard and the muddy paws as a result was unbearable. This product (we went with the Gold Coast - most expensive, but most realistic) has been perfect for this use. Have no trouble with odors or cleaning up the dog waste. We did the install ourselves (with the help of a landscaper) and got it done in one weekend. It was totally worth the investment and I would recommend Chi-turf to anyone.

Great selection, plenty of parking, nice neighborhood, even nicer prices. When Home Depot, Lowes and Menards was sold out this place had a large and available selection. Would recommend, will return. Thanks!

Amazing service! I called Chi-Turf as I embarked on a small project for my dog to have artificial grass on the balcony since I live in a condo. Jumped on google and I found Chi-turf. I called immediately and got an answer. Explained to to them what I was looking for and was given a few recommendations. They are very familiar with turf for Pets. We discussed drainage and how it would all work. I went to Lowe’s to look at turf and they explained it would take 3-4 weeks to order and that it would be much more expensive. They also told me that Home Depot and Lowe’s don’t carry Pet turf. After chatting with chi turf about the different options I gave them the measurements and I was set to go with my project. I had an amazing experience, they were extremely responsive and I got my project done in 4 days. Their price was affordable and they were very professional! My dog loves his new turf!

Great service staff well trained. Cost kept down by not having all the frills other synthetic grass dealers have. The owner just installs grass. Will not remove old grass. Will recommend you hire person for initial excavation.

I love this place! Great service and a giant warehouse and friendly staff who have an amazing selection of lengths and textures. We went with the ‘Lakeview’ which has a 2inch realistic shag complete with small ‘dead grass straw’ tucked in tree for authenticity!

The best artificial turf!

Wow. Amazing artificial turf grass, the best Id seen in the local area and after requesting samples also still the best after from some nationwide companies sent me their samples. Did a lotta homework, it became pretty quickly clear once I pulled some quotes that I couldnt afford a full service turf company to help me out here with our small yard. Really happy with the whole process except they dont offer any kind of installation, only installation advice and a great product which is the reason for 4 stars. Couldnt be happier though with the product and service from a sales standpoint, very knowledgeable. I found a local landscaper that was able to assist with the installation along with myself and husband and it turned out great. Whoa lotta work! Probably wouldnt do it again. LOL. Love Chi Turf.
