Whist grabbing some smokey bacon tayto my eye was drawn to the jewelry case. I have always liked silver and decided to pick up a sweet little Celtic Cross for my other half. Woo hoo, first review! I actually went in here thinking it was going to be something else, but Im glad I did. Great selection of unique Irish, Scottish and Welsh gifts - not the usual stuff you see at the Irish store in the mall. The shop owner is from Ireland (as you would think) and is very friendly, chatty and knowledgeable about her products. Go here for unique woodcarvings, Guinness/Scotch paraphernalia, t-shirts and clothes for your kids and even packaged snacks straight from the motherland! Knocked out a couple of Christmas gifts here!

I went here last evening for the first time during the Lincoln Square/Ravenswood Wine Stroll. What a terrific and welcoming place to get your Irish on! They have a large variety of Irish themed merchandise and food, including some very specialized Chicago-area frozen goods like sausages, meats and pastries. The owner was very friendly and welcoming .... so nice to see such personal service and localized ownership instead of the larger chain stores! Well worth a visit!

Wonderful unique place with a great assortment of gifts and some favorite UK snacks. The lady running it has always been amazingly helpful.
