We needed an equipment lift for some large batteries that we were moving. United was quick to get me a quote and the equipment was perfect for what we needed. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We have been working with our salesman Brian Dikker for many years and have been very happy with his follow up and accessability. We dont always give him much lead time but, he still manages to get our lifts and equipment onsite in a very timely manner. The United Rentals portal makes managing and paying our invoices very easy. I would recommend Brian and United Rentals to anyone... except our competitors.

People on the phone were nice, the scissor lift was practically brand new. Thats it for the positives. When I was finished with the equipment, I called and asked for it to be picked up. I left the lift where the delivery driver recommended. The lift was picked up SIX DAYS LATER. My company called Tuesday night to take the equipment off rental, then we called Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Monday before it was finally picked up sometime on Monday.Our client at the jobsite was furious, and will never do business with us again. I never, in my life, thought it would be so hard to have rental equipment picked up. Unreal...
