I went in to this Best Buy to purchase an external hard drive and I wasn’t sure what I needed. Unfortunately not one salesperson approached to offer their service or expertise. I guess standing around talking to each other was more important.If anyone knows a Chicago Mom n Pop computer store, I’ll give them my business.
