I love this place and its employees. I have been a regular customer here for around three or four years now, and which time I have moved all around different parts of the city but will still intentionally drive past other Vape and smoke shops to come to this one in particular. The employees are always super friendly, very down to earth and have a good sense of humor, as well as very knowledgeable on all aspects of all of their products. There’s also very willing to go out of their way to help with any unique issues you may be experiencing. I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve fixed leaky tanks and have replaced old coils for me. I can genuinely say this is one of the very very few stores these days that I have the experience of employees trying to actually save me money by telling me about different products, deals, Promotions, etc while still maintaining superior quality in all aspects.… Long story short, great place! Great people! Great products! Go there!

They arent the cheapest place around but they also arent overly expensive, add in the fact that their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and its really a no brainier as to why I and others keep coming back here.Be sure to catch their happy hour juice specials on Tuesday between 4 and 8pm.Also: they let you sample the juice before committing to a bottle. This is wonderful for those looking to venture out from their tried and true juices to experience something new that they will love.

Theyre passionate about what they do, and their energy is contagious. 🙌🏻 As someone whos really picky about flavors, I get bummed out a lot buying new bottles cuz Ill get home and hate the majority of them. Being able to take my time and try out a huge variety of flavors in a chill environment before buying is a game changer. Left with at least 4 new flavors that I really enjoyed. This was huge for me, since I was visiting from a flavor ban state and needed to stock up while in town. The juice prices are very reasonable, considering the high quality. Plus I got a great discount for buying multiple bottles, which is a deal they always have going on. Honestly, I cant say enough about how awesome this place is, I highly recommend it. 💖

Im new to vaping and brought in a broken pen. They broke down exactly what was wrong with it so I could understand. Basically I got ripped off online. I should have come here first! Prices are about what youd find online anyway. Love the oil tasting too. Everyone was so welcoming if me to this and Ill definitely be returning

Nice clean store. Pretty pricey. All nic levels are 0 and they add the nic level you want. The guy that helped me tried to tell me that they do that because they try to obey city regulations for nicotine. I asked why they don’t have pre made nic selections and he told me if it was pre made it would cost the customers 90+$ for a 60ml bottle. I told him that’s just not true because I have bought plenty of pre made nic bottles and it’s never cost me any more than 30$ a bottle. I just don’t like being lied to that’s why I’m writing a review. He knows that’s not true he just wanted to make the sale and that’s not cool!

I came here looking for new flavors of juice, and the attendant at the counter spent at least 20 to 30 minutes letting me taste different brands until I found a couple I really liked.

Best shop I ever been to

Staff are nice, but prices here are very high. Taxes have a bit to do with this, but honestly this is THE most expensive store I have ever been to, no exaggeration. They carry 0mg juice, then add nicotine if requested. This actually doesnt save you any money as you end up paying tax for it anyway (its more for reducing THIER costs). Additionally, most vape shops around the Chicagoland area offer discounts or will barter. V312 offers deals but the deals they offer actually end up being more expensive then any regular priced items Ive purchased from any other vape shop.The juice and equipment here is of good quality; however, it is at an absolutely premium price. Your best bet would be to purchase elsewhere or online. I can generally find online prices that are about 30%-60% less than the cost of products sold at V312. To reiterate, it is easy to find the same exact items that V312 sells for generally about half price very easily.For example: A 60ml bottle of juice sells for about $31 after tax at V312 regardless of brand. I have found multiple websites as well as physical stores (in Chicago) that sell the SAME EXACT items for literally half the price.

The best vape store in lakeview. They have a large variety of flavors from sweet to savory to tobacco if thats your cup of tea. They are also always stocked with Juul pods and alternatives to the Juul itself. The staff is very friendly and know exactly what theyre talking about, they have a plethora of supplies from extra o rings to full sized mods as large as your hand.

New to vaping and this place rocks. Been sucking on a cheap pen from Walgreens for two year, wish I had switched a lot sooner. I needed a sweeter blend to appease my wife who didnt like the smell of the savory e-juice I got at another shop. Picked up an Aspire tank and some delicious Lowrider from Busted Knuckle.Service was excellent. The prices were fantastic. No need to order online. Hands down its the go to place for me.
