The most rudest people you will ever encounter. Incredible lack of costumer services or courtesy. You can find the products on Amazon or in stores of the neighborhood a little cheaper. I will never come back.

Great great great selection of Ginseng teas and Ginseng items. I didnt see all of the store but I remember this place has been there for 20 or more years. The shocking part is, the prices are very low. I found things here in downtown Chicago that were cheaper than I pay in my local small (and very inexpensive) town. Very happy.

I’ve always had a good experience when I shop there. If there’s something that isn’t on the shelf, they will probably have it in the back.
