I called the Clybourn store to have my hearing aids cleaned. The answering service promised to return the call which never happened. I went to the store for shopping and asked the attending person at the hearing center whether the cleaning could be done within the 90 minutes I was at the store because I had this cleaning done before at another Costco. It was just a matter of placing it in a machine for a time. This attendant gruffly said she couldn’t do it in that time frame and that I should return later. Poor service!
