It was time for hearing aids. I called my insurance company and they set me up with Chicagoland Hearing at a location less than a mile from my home. Saw Ben, who did a hearing test which showed moderate to severe hearing loss at higher frequencies. We discussed options and I chose the high end hearing aids that can be adjusted through my phone, though there was no hint of pressure to do so. Insurance covered about 50%. These Starkey hearing aids are working well for me.The whole experience was easy and Ben and others coordinating my care were great at communicating and responding to my questions. A follow up appointment took care of the questions I had after trying them out.Very happy with my hearing aids and with Chicagoland hearing!

Since I have worn hearing aids for four years, I needed only a quick appointment to choose new aids and an even quicker one to get them. I told Ben Wright I wanted new hearing aids that wouldnt cost a penny over the $2,000 benefit from my Humana Medicare Advantage Plan. Refreshingly, Ben didnt try to persuade me to go more expensive. He recommended Starkey because its an American company. I had the new aids within a few days and havent had to return for a follow-up appointment because everything seems to be fine. Very efficient!

The mold fit perfectly, that I got a week later, and everything was explained in an easily understandable way before I left with my first hearing aid. Everything was professional and efficicent.

Good location, great customer service and notifcation/reminder by a knowledge able and a nice voice. Friendly tech who did everything right to put me at ease. Answer my questions before I even asked. Had it on for two weeks, and forgot what it was like to hear my great -grandkids laughter, getting questions right the first time they ask instead of what did you say.
