Think of this as a less pretentious Erewhon and a nicer Whole Foods. KMT Health Food Store has an insane variety of food and drinks and its kind of overwhelming at first but great once you kind of walk around and gauge it. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful.My favorite section is definitely the hot foods section. Loved their teriyaki salmon and mashed potatoes. Their juice section and sandwich bar are really cool too.
